These are such a relief, I tried deskmats and large mousepads but would still get bruises on my elbows. These are great in cushion and have the perfect amount of slide so I can reposition to type or use my mouse (not slippery in case anyone is concerned, but would add a desk mat if you don’t want any movement)

It appears that most of the colors are sticky gel pads. The graphite color is a pad wrapped in gray fabric. The pro is that the pad will not stick to your skin. The con (to some people) is that it will not stick to your desk either, if you want it to stay in one place.I'm using one pad as a mouse wrist rest, so I like that the pad can slide around my desk a bit as I move the mouse. They also work well as elbow pads and don't take up much room on my desk. So far I'm pleased with them.

I ordered these after I ordered a different brand that was way to high. These are the perfect height to rest my elbows without altering how my hands lay on the keyboard. They don't have anything sticky on the bottom but that is good because I move my arms around a lot and can just slide these with me. I ordered the grey because they were available for prime shipping while the black wasn't. I wanted the black but needed something right away the ease the constant elbow pain.

I got these for my desk because I have an aching pain in my elbows at the end of the day. I got the smaller elbow size and they are perfect. They are thick enough to provide support and relief but not too big to get in the way. Very happy with this purchase.

I got these to use in the car when driving for my left elbow. My elbow rests in the same spot when I drive and had worn away some of the padding built into the door so it felt a little uncomfortable. I tried these but they didn't feel much more comfortable, especially for a longer period of time. I wouldn't recommend.

I use it because I often abuse my left elbow. This gives it a soft padding that doesn't irritate even the skin. It kinda seems like it actually has come cooling ability too, I just didn't remember noticing that feature before buying it.

I noticed my elbows were starting to get sore at my new job. I'm not used to being in a seated office job.I looked these up and figured I'd give them a shot. They really helped! I have bony elbows and sitting at my desk all day was making one sore and red and skin peeling.This little thing was the answer! I can lean on it now and my elbow is totally healed and not sore.I love this little thing!
