NuFACE Refreshed Mini Facial Toning Device

I used this product for a few months. The gel primer was not suitable for me (I have sensitive skin) as it causes redness and itchiness after the first use. Later I switch to other water-based gel and Aloe Vera gel. But I noticed after a few months continuous of usage, my face start to develop small red dry patches randomly over the surface of my face. These dry patches are super itchy and sometimes can be intolerable especially during night time. it will wake me up (scratch like a cat) and I have to apply some calming cream to stop the itch. I am wondering if these are tiny burn marks caused by the microcurrent. I tried to stop for a few weeks and the red patches will heal up. But when I tried the device again, the red patches came back within a few days. I repeated this sequence a few time and finally, I have to say this device is not suitable for me.

I used this facial toning device on and off for about two weeks, the gel is almost out, and I am still waiting to see my skin improvement. A tub of gel does not last long, I need to find a place to buy it in a more reasonable price.

I enjoyed this product for two months. I followed instructions and did not abuse it. It has now completely conked out for no reason whatsoever I am most unhappy that I have to begin the tedious return/replacement process with Amazon because of this. If they are a growing business worldwide, they need to stand behind the products they endorse. Ugh!.

This device does not work. I received a refurbished model and I though it would be a new one - came in a poor looking plastic bag with the part rapped in plastic. Device was charged as per instructions and it does not turn on.

Has really helped my laugh lines.

After ONLY 6months of use...the battery is dead and I cannot use.
