Sticky.

I bought this tape to repair a pen hole puncture that was created in my judo mats. I didn't want the hole to increase in size and I knew regular tape would only be a temporary fix. This was the best thing I could find to repair the hole. So far I have used it over a year and it is still 100% like the day I put it on. The quality of this tape so far is top notch. Couldn't ask for a more durable solution. The color almost matches my mats. I don't expect it to match perfectly nor do I care. I actually like the color and think it's deep. For what it's worth, the color has not faded in the slightest, so if you have this on your leather furniture, do not expect any fading. I don't really feel the tape. It's a little thick and that is OK. It doesn't hurt the skin and is quite smooth. Cutting it to fit was no problem. Take your time and be prepared for very sticky tape, and that is to be expected. My only minor complaint was that I could not get rid of the slight white border where the sticky side goes on the material. Otherwise, this was a great solution and would buy again!

Very easy to use and the adhesive seems sturdy. Time will tell if it will last since it is not real leather. I sued it on the driver seat of a 2002 Accord where the seam has failed. We will see if it withstands the Florida heat.

The tape is thick enough to make a difference and I believe it will last a long time. I have a John Deere mower whose seat is beginning to weather from the sun and age. This take is a nice patch and matches the color of seat very well.

Works

The tape was used to repair the inside of a yellow raincoat. It wasn’t a perfect color match, but it was close enough. It covered the area and now the raincoat is waterproof again. I will use this for other repairs too. I would buy it again.

Es grueso, trae una buena capa de pegamento. Se amolda perfecto. Hay que limpiar muy bien ma superficie de polvo, suciedad y grasa para que quede bien, de lo contrario no durará y se depegara fácilmente. Me encanto se ve como piel genuina y tiene una excelente textura. Revisa muy bien antes el dibujo de la piel para que compres que más se asemeje. Actualización Lo use para reparar los descansa brazos de mi auto. Llevo 1 año con la reparación, siguen perfectos y no se ha despegado nada.

Good quality item. Only issue with adhesive quality since it is not strong enough and had to apply Fevicol from time to time when the patch came off at the ends.
