Love that these were formulated by a naturopaths and include a lot of the minerals that I need but haven't found in other multivitamins. I was taking selenium supplement but can ax that since this contains it. Also super appreciate that this focuses on minerals and nutrients that can be absorbed as I know a lot of supplements do not do this. And it's Non-gmo and vegan so that is awesome... Great multivitamin!

These are great vitamins! I wish vitamin companies could get the ratios right though. 800% some of some and 83% of other? Only downfall is they recommend you take 4 pills. I only take 2 and I feel a difference in my energy and mood.

I have been searching for a good multivitamin that was in capsule form. My doctor actually advised that I not take a tablet version because they often do not completely dissolve. This is especially true when one suffers from digestive issues. After just over a week of use, I feel great! So happy I found these multivitamins!

Great Multi! Love that it is vegan friendly and Non Gmo! Most importantly it has folate and NOT folic acid. I can only take folate as my (and most) body does not process folic well. I will definitely reorder! Thank you!
