Received fast delivery. External box used a lot. Taped profusely, still had holes. Doll disarranged in box. Neck support partition broken 1/2 into--had been taped cheaply and rebroken. Head and neck partially unsupported.Doll body wrapping sufficient, but obvious this was a returned item and resold.The head of this doll is disproportioned with body and arms. It is obviously the "Elizabeth" newborn sculpt updated to silicone. The arms and hands, legs and feet, apparently were old molds of original doll. They "pieced" the arms with fabric to make them longer, making it a 1/3 silicone arm. This doesn't work, as the disproportionate arms and hands still smaller than size of head. (And the doll is advertised as silicone arms and hands). As well, the AD video shows the "buyer" examining the doll's arms, stopping very short at the fabric juncture. No one lets you "see" the part where silicone-vinyl joins fabric on arm.*It is actually falsely represented by AD.I have received dolls not perfect many times, and usually I bond so quickly with them that I cannot return them. That works out well for the company, and probably something they depend on.However, I cannot abide nonsymmetry to this magnitude. You have basically, a beautiful, larger Elizabeth head, with the make-do, ship-shod extremities and body. It cannot be overlooked; and, I also wrote AD, adjuring them to redesign completely without these huge issues, as I would have loved this silicone doll if it had been done correctly, as I am sure would many fans.Linda Murray should have been asked to upgrade the pattern of the rest of the doll, as was obviously done for the head.BTW, beautifully rooted hair is out now in AD, and the upgraded silicones are showing beautiful hair. But this doll had a shock of straw-colored, chopped hair--something akin to a do-it-yourself, Tom Sawyer/Huck Finn cut. Maybe the person before me, but probably not.Sadly, she went back, and the Seller refunded quickly with s/h included. *(A Perk of being an Amazon Market distributor).Correspondence with the distributing company was pretty good. I had to ask several times for complete instructions on returns. Overly simplified answers could have caused the less experienced to mess up there. I don't see any reason for not having a detailed return instruction form available to send the buyer, upon first issuing return information. The buyer should not have to ask more than once for complete and thorough return instructions, but I did.Refund including (1) s/h was given, the one to return doll. The full cost of doll with the original s/h was omitted. So, this means you really didn't get your full money back, including s/h x2.All-in-all, an unhappy purchase, because I wanted to love this doll.

Arrived on time, the doll is beautiful and so soft. The only con that I see is that the arms are more what I would call 1/4 length, somewhere between elbow and wrist. We use a longsleve onsie underneath the clothes though and it works very well.

Body was a little small compared to the head of this baby but she's so cute I dont care! Lol

I recieved Claire yesterday and I have to say she is adorable. I was going to return her when she came. but I opened the box and fell in love with her.She does snuggle in your arms like a real baby. She has a nice weight to her.feels so soft . I ave never felt a doll like her before.....She is so precious..Dont hesitate to buy her if your trying to decide, she will probable be sold out soon. I do wish the arms had more silicone at the top,and her fingers are not fully seperated. I do love the doll.....She is just cute as a button,with the bluest eyes that will mesmerise you...Thank you Judy Wilson

Didn't like the 1/4 Arms or body suit on it but doll is extremely cute with much detail inthe Sculpt, beautiful eyes. It is Petite, not a chunky doll. God Bless.

Beautiful doll and super fast shipping

Hands down one of the best Ashton Drake dolls I ever received. The picture does not do her justice. I was blown away by her. Someone did make a you tube of her. I like to either see pictures on amazon or you tube before purchasing. This way you are able to see what the real doll looks like. She is weighted to feel just like a real baby. Her coloring is beautiful. She is incredibly soft with a lot of detail. Her eyes are incredible. They are the prettiest shade of blue I have ever seen. Sapphire blue. I have seen silicone dolls on ebay that are way more expensive. She is far more gorgeous than those dolls. There is just a lot more artistry that goes into her as well. Her eyes though are like sparkling jewels. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Linda Murray!
