I love this cast iron comal! It heats evenly and works great for making homemade tortillas. The 12-inch size is perfect and gives me plenty of room to cook. It feels heavy, sturdy, and very well made, like something that will last for years. I’ve been really happy with it and definitely recommend it!

Great size, hefty with a great handle to hold with both hands at the same time. The surface came pre-seasoned but I still use a reasonable amount of oil for cooking to help build up the non-stick layer. MODERN SOAP IS SAFE FOR CAST IRONS, just a reminder to all who wonder about it. The coating will not be fully stripped and nothing will ever rust as long as you give your irons a nice soapy sponge scrub or use a chainmail scrubber for tougher burnt-on food. So far, love this iron for crepes and pancakes. Great purchase at an okay price.

What a great addition to my cast iron cooking set. Preseasoned, easy to clean and looks super setting on my cook top. It is durable and all purpose. I use this pan almost on a daily basis.

I love this Victoria 10-Inch Cast Iron Comal Pizza Pan! It’s very helpful if you make rotis on an induction cooktop, and it also works especially well on a gas stove. The size is perfect for rotis, and the cast iron heats evenly and gives great results. Very sturdy, versatile, and useful for everyday cooking. Highly recommended!

I just received this pan, packed in the original packaging, but one of the handles is broken. I like the pan very much. The surface is relatively smooth, as far as cast iron goes, and the dimples are subtle. I don’t think they’ll hinder any type of cooking that would normally be done on a non-dimpled cast iron surface. The diameter of the cooking area is a little under 15”, due to a rounded edge. The pre-seasoning looks to be well done, and should be an effective layer to start the non-stick process. The weight is not that bad. Though this pan is over 4 lbs heavier than my unwieldy, 13” Wagner skillet, it’s more balanced and easier to maneuver.

I I received the comal/griddle two days ago. I have already used it three times and love it. It’s the perfect size for my needs. Easy to clean and easy to use.

We use as a "BUDARE" to make arepas!!! It has very good performance, heats up quickly and retains the heat. and is getting heat soon

This cast iron baking tray is one of the best purchases that I've made. I use it to make personal sized pizzas but it could be used to cook anything you want to cook on it. I have a 10" cast iron fry pan but it didn't fit into my little convection counter top oven because the handle was about an inch too long. This baking tray is so perfect. It is pre-seasoned and such amazing quality and fits perfectly into my convection oven. After I use it, and because I found that nothing sticks to it because it is seasoned, I wipe it with a paper towel and spray a small spot of oil onto it and spread it very thinly over the surface to prevent any rusting. It lives in the oven of my stove between uses to keep it handy. I would recommend this to anyone who would listen. Buy it, you will be so happy that you did. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
