Dear Customers, before you buying, please log on "antennapoint.com" to check which is suitable for you to use If customer cannot get a signal with the antenna not working as expected, how to do? 1. At first, check to make sure you have correctly connected the antenna to your HDTV or third-party HD receiver 2. Second, re-scan for the channels. In the TV's set up menu, set the mode to antenna or air. Refer to the Antenna TV manual for detailed instructions 3. Reposition the antenna in a different location, facing the direction of the broadcast towers is usually the best. Channels reception depends on what's being broadcast towers in your area, how far away you are from towers, and your surroundings. You'd better try to put your tv indoor antenna on the higher location, like on the wall, better close to or on the window, and no obstacles between your home to Broadcast Towers. And turn around the antenna leaf to find the best reception direction, sometimes a few feet can make a big difference. Actual range may vary and is highly dependent on your location. Addresses in valleys or areas with large obstructions such as mountains, buildings, etc will reduce effective range Warranty:one Year Warranty If you don't satisfied with the channels you get, please DO contact us. We will take care of your issue immediately and help you solve any problems you come across while using our antenna.

Works without amplifier, but not with amplifier
I live in the Philadelphia, about 3 miles from all of the Philadelphia stations' towers in Roxborough. I used this antenna in a spare 2nd floor bedroom and put the antenna on the top shelf of a closet. Originally, I set it up with the amplifier and it didn't work at all. My TV was barely scanning in any stations. I initially gave this a 1 star review, and I was close to returning it. Then I figured I'd give it a second chance and try it without the amplifier. I then managed to scan in most of the stations: all of the local stations and a few distant stations. I was hoping that the amplifier would bring in a few more stations a bit further away, but I probably wouldn't watch them anyway. So I decided to keep it and use it without the amplifier as it would have been more trouble that it's worth to return, given the inexpensive price. So it's decent for the price if you live relatively close to major TV towers. But it may not work for those who live a longer distance from the towers, even with the amplifier.

Easy to use just not working for me.
If it pulled in the one channel I wanted I'd give this 5 stars. However, it did not...only a few channels (5?) came in. As it was nominal value I'm not bothering to return it? Also, it could be my not installing or using it correctly. The directions covered the bare minimum but most anyone using tv today will be able to install. But, for some reason one local channel (pulled from Fios lineup) is still not available to me. I really expect to watch the Super Bowl but now I'm wondering....

I had plugged it in just to make sure it powered up okay and on my smart TV I went ahead and ran a channel scan
Works as advertised. Actually pick up a few more channels than I had anticipated. One thing I encountered when setting it up. I had plugged it in just to make sure it powered up okay and on my smart TV I went ahead and ran a channel scan. My TV indicated it had identified 4 channels - which is what I had expected. However all I got on the TV was a black screen when I flipped through the channels. I picked up the antenna from the floor where it was laying and moved it over to a window and when I did so the picture formed. In the window position I reran the channel scan and this time my TV found 10 channels. The picture for all the channels came in clearly. 1 of the channels is just audio for a public radio station. Bottomline is you will likely need a window location to get good reception. Seeing the materials it is made of I am likely going to try locating mine outside under the eve of my house out of the direct weather and Sun. For the price if it only last a couple of years that will be fine. Will likely purchase another to have on hand as a backup.

This antenna stinks
I lost all of my favorite channels I received with my old HDTV antenna and can't return this piece of garbage because the clip with the sticky part broke off and is still stuck on my window and will not come off. I put the old antenna back on and now I only receive 20 channels instead of the 32 I've enjoyed for over a year and a half. Ridiculous.

I have to say it was easy to set up
I have to say it was easy to set up........ It really sticks good too so when you place it be sure that's where you want it!We live in small town rural Indiana but not so small that we don't have amenities such as internet service. I Generally can only get 3-7 channels on any given day and even then it is so distorted you can't watch hardly any of them. We bought additional coax so that we could run the antenna to the window and literally have this in the window and still can not pick up extra channels and still distorted.

I live near a mountain so this may be the issue, but I got 2 pbs channels and 3 Spanish channels. No local stations at all. I looked up what type of antenna to get for my location, tried it in different spots and didn't get anywhere near the 19 channels I was estimated to get.

Don't get me wrong.
Don't even bother buying this. Don't get me wrong. The thing works if you have antennas close. But for me, I settled for a 70mile omnidirectional and BANG! 70+ channels no glitch.Don't be cheap and buy a better antenna if you doubt, or you'll spend more than this.

Nice price but don't expect miracles.
We already had a 25 mile antenna but the reception was kind of sketchy with it. We bought this in hopes of the amplifier allowing better reception. Works about the same as the 25 mile antenna we already had. We've repositioned, rescanned and tried with and without amplifier. Not much improvement. For the price, it's a decent antenna but don't expect miracles.
