I've been taking this for three weeks now and not one thing has changed. I might as well have bought a bag of m&ms! I was hoping by now that, when pulling a gray hair, I'd start to find a dark root and dark hair starting to grow from that root. However... nothing. I read a lot about catalase before I bought this and had high hopes that they finally found a natural way to cure white hair, but NO-O-O-O-O!

I was pleasantly surprised with the product. It takes awhile before I saw any results. I would like to see what will happen long term, say a year, but I ran out. I may buy again. And the price was good.

I used 3 different internal products for gray hair and this may be one of them that is working. I have very little gray hair and I am 62.
