Theracurmin 300 Mg Vegetable Capsule, 60 Count

This is a very high quality curmin. I have been taking it for several months and can tell the difference. I do not have as much pain and have much less swelling in my hands and more mobility. This is the best quality and price.

Good product; highly absorbed

I was taking nine capsules of turmeric daily for arthritis and it worked well. Then I discovered that I could get the same relief with just one capsule of Theracurmin daily. Great ... so I though until my last blood work showed an iron deficiency. I have since reduced my Theracurmin intake to one capsule twice a week. On the other days I'm back on Turmeric.

This form of turmeric is highly absorbed by the body. My naturopath recommended I use to lower inflammation. It has helped me greatly with joint pain.

Perhaps its just placebo effect, but I feel like my thinking is clearer.

I would not have bought this had it been advertised correctly. It is only 30 mg, NOT 300 mg
