Genius idea: I wish I had discovered these years ago
An awesome bit of kit to "hard-wire" your dashcam without actually hard-wiring it. Pro: ridiculously easy to install Pro: avoids untidy cigar lighter adapters Pro: no need to go near your fuse box, therefore avoid the grey area of whether it is a modification to your car that needs to be disclosed to insurance companies Con: none.

A lot easier than hard wiring
At first when I connected this to the OBD port I thought that it wasn't working... Give it a couple of minutes then it starts to work. It has the option to turn off parking mode but what's the point of that as yiu might as well just use the cigarette lighter charger... SIMPLES really.. Took a while to connect in Vauxhall Adam but finally did... This is the 2nd one as the other is fitted yo VW Passat...

I have picked up the wrong series up :( and I give it a 3 star because I know the S-series are amazing
