Primacare RS-6845-5 Single Valve CPR Rescue Mask, Red Hard Case, 5 Pack

Great product.

I know this is actually a CPR mask, but I purchased it for a completely different reason, and I wanted to share in case it helps another parent. My 10-year-old son was having surgery under general anesthesia, and I wanted to prepare him for having a mask placed over his face. The night before surgery, we used this CPR mask only for pretend play/practice. We role-played what would happen, practiced putting the mask over his face, and had him get comfortable breathing while wearing it. It helped tremendously! After surgery, the surgical team told me that when he got into the operating room, he put the anesthesia mask on himself and started breathing through it. I truly believe practicing beforehand helped make the experience familiar and much less frightening for him. Obviously, this is not an anesthesia mask and we did not use it medically — it was simply an inexpensive way for us to practice and prepare him for what the anesthesia mask might feel like. For another parent trying to prepare a child for surgery, especially a child who benefits from knowing what to expect beforehand, this worked wonderfully for us.

I bought 2 of these, one for home and one for the car. I recently had a heart attack and now my husband can offer cpr without fear

Just what I needed in my first aid kit for security work. Thank you for having an affordable option to help save lives.

I like to keep a full emergency first aid kit. In our wonderful age of HIV and Fentanyl mouth to mouth contact for breathing is russian roulette. This is excellent protection, I just wish it had a smaller case.

it’s big asf lol but can still fit in my pocket, barely. but it’s great and easy to use!

This rescue breathing mask does have the oxygen port I needed for Rescue Diver training and Oxygen Provider training in case you are looking. Can't vouch for long term use but survived the training and maintained a good seal.

Fue exactamente lo que pedí. Todo llegó en perfectas condiciones y totalmente nuevo. El manual de instrucciones es bastante claro y sencillo.

Good value, good quality

Gran elemento para un kit de primeros auxilios, ademas el filtro sirve para resguardar al rescatista, buen material y siempre llegan en tiempo

Easy to open and set up. Luckily I have t had to use it yet and long may that continue.

I’m working in this area and of course I don’t wanna use out of work, but in this world we never know. Good to have one if you know what to do with it. 👍

Good value and arrived in a couple of days.
