Glad I didn't throw the machine away. The vacuum was in perfect condition but would not work. It was the old battery. I bought this and I was skeptical at first but to my surprise, it worked very well & exact fit. It was durable, powerful, and has a good charging ability.

I purchased this replacement battery in October 2024, and the quality is shockingly poor. After just a few weeks' of mild usage, it started cutting out after 1 minute of use, blinking red, and then refuses to charge properly for hours. After only three months, it's completely dead and won't charge at all.Even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted Bonacelldirect months ago about these issues and followed up 3 weeks ago, requesting a replacement, and have received zero response.This product is unreliable, and the seller is unresponsive. I cannot recommend purchasing this battery and am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of support. Buyer beware.

our Dyson didnt have much power anymore and the battery would die after a few minutes. this was an easy swap and it performs like brand new.

I have an old Dyson stick vacuum. We have made it our basement vacuum since we have the brand new V15 detect for every day use. The battery is the perfect fit and was easy to install. It was perfect for a few months. I was able to vacuum up crumbs after our kids played video games and had sleepovers. The run time was great in the beginning. Unfortunately after barely 6 months of light use, it no longer holds a charge. After charging it, it immediately pulses on and off. I guess I’m going yo have to buy a whole new dyson for cleaning downstairs.

I purchased this battery because the run-time of my previous battery had decreased to the point that it would need to be recharged during use. This battery seemed to provide slightly more power to the Dyson but the run-time was not increased. After two months of use, the run-time of the battery has decreased to the point that it needs to be recharged more frequently than the old battery. I measured the run-time of this battery and it lasted 5 minutes and 43 seconds. The battery (2.6 Ah, 5 years old) that I purchased this one to replace had a run-time more than twice as long. I emailed the seller and asked for a refund or a replacement battery. I received no response to the email. I contacted the seller through the widget on the seller's page on Amazon to ask the seller a question. The seller responded quickly and sent a replacement which I received three days later. The new battery works as it should with a run-time of more than seventeen minutes. I will update the review if this battery fails in the near future.

I love my Dyson and was so happy I could buy replacement parts at Amazon at inexpensive prices and am able to continue using my favorite vacuum! Thank you, Amazon!!!

Quit working after two months. Should have a warranty!
