This is my 2nd bluetooth Plantronics. Bought the same one again. Excellent product, great sound quality , good battery , easy to use, voice enabled, sturdy and doesn't cause headache or ear blockage unlike buds. Only crux is availability and no improvement in its features. I am unable to connect to my laptop without an interface .

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Stopped Charging in Less Than 6 Months I bought the Poly Voyager 5200 expecting a premium, long-lasting product, but it completely failed me. Within just 6 months — and with barely 10–15 uses — it stopped charging altogether. I take good care of my devices, so this was not due to mishandling. For the price, I expected far better durability and reliability. Very disappointed with the quality and longevity. Would not recommend.

A brilliant performer. Been using Plantronics for more than 15 years. This is my 2nd Voyager 5200. The long mic may look long but once you put it on, there is no going back. Very comfortable, makes you forget you have it on. Clear audio & One of the best noise cancelling mono bluetooth ever made. You can walk on a busy road and have a conversation. And a comfortable fit. Very good build quality.

Does not sync. Keeps switch off to Speaker from Bluetooth. Did hard press of all 3 buttons to remove some sensitivity settings. Its working good from that time. Else thenproduct is best for quality, battery life and one Ear hands-free model.

I have used so many TWS, including the ones from Apple and Google. Although they are great at sound and music, use them to make a call from an Indian Road, and be ready to irritate everyone else. This is a one stop solution for professional calls. It is almost magical in its ability to wind down environment noises. Not perfect. Switching between laptop and phone can be improved. I had the bt700 dongle for laptop from the focus 2. It really makes connection to laptop perfect. They don't have the option to buy the charger stand and dongle. It makes sense to have them. Charging port looks flimsy. Certainly don't use the provided cable as it is very poor quality and will end up harming the ear piece. Also the earbuds could be better. But what it offers in terms of ENC, this product has NO competitor. No one comes close.

The product is quite expensive. If you’re considering it primarily to avoid frequent charging, it may not be worth purchasing. During long or continuous calls, the battery drains quickly and may even shut down mid-call. Given the high price, the battery performance is not up to the mark.

I've been using Plantronics Voyager Legend for more than 10 years till 2019 and post their operations were closed in India and was later acquired to Polycom and finally HP. This headset is the best for those who use dual phones like me who carry iPhone and a Android one. The Voyager 5200 is the advance model of the Voyager Legend with the better quality. The noise cancellation, functionality works awesome with voice command even while riding a two wheeler. The only negative point is they could have added a USB Type C port instead of MicroUSB. Those who work at home for voice calls, and those who need to use headset all day, this is for them. Avoid buying lower quality earbuds and buy this. It'll work for 3 years as per my experience.

I am not sure if its faulty product or not. Reason being over Microsoft Teams its not working as expected. Under Microphone once selected Poly Voyager sound quality is pathetic. However once selected Microphone array option its okay. Considering its world's one of the best noise cancellation device its performance is below average or average only. That's why I suspect that product may be faulty itself. Over Mobile it works fine however not as per the brand.

Still the best earpiece for daily use, earbuds can't replace the utility. Pros - hands free answering and/or rejecting a call - light on the ear, sits on the surface so ambient sounds are natural - loud and clear when outdoors or in a crowd - Multipoint - press the button with not on a call and it'll tell you how much talk-time is left and which devices its currently connected with cons - boom is a bit long - still uses micro-usb - doesn't have NFC (i'm fine with that)

These are the best earpiece I’ve come across. The noise cancelling is excellent, people have often expressed surprise that I’m in the car doing 100km/hr and not sitting at my office desk. Battery lasts for a full day of phone calls and it’s very comfortable to use. I’ve abandoned my useless in-car Bluetooth and just rely on the 5200. I’ve paired my laptop with it as well and do all the Zoom and Teams meetings with superb voice clarity. Highly recommended for the phone user on the go!!
