i ordered this in an emergency, my ear had clogged and i honestly could not hear a single thing. I was so mad, scared, frustrated to the point i just wanted to pass out or something. Anyway paid extra so it could come at 7am. I rushed to open it and tried it but it didn't work. tried again and nothing. I almost just felt like there was no hope for my ear. I ended up calling my friend and going over and have them help me. Initially it still didn't work, but they kept trying. At some point i positioned the tip at the right spot and i knew it because i could feel the water almost in my nose as they keep consistently pumping the water non stop. Took it out and was still clogged but felt like it wanted to open, i blew out a little and it opened some. That was all i needed for motivation and told them do it again just keep going and short while after it opened up. So much so it was more open than the other ear, flushed that one too. Once you see the wax coming out just keep going and going and going, but make sure u position it at the angle where u start to feel the water almost in your nose. This little thing worked. I almost found a ENT doctor but I'm glad this worked because this cost me 20 bucks versus the almost 200 a ENT would.

Awesome product. I was able to use it and clean out my ears. Just a note that the bottle is pretty small so a funnel will help in getting liquid into it.

Nice tips and spray bottle, with your pumping speed controlling the flow, and the bulb syringe is useful. My doctor and I agreed that the other metal tools were at best impossible to use effectively on yourself, and probably actually dangerous, with risk of damaging your eardrum.Use baby-bottle temperature, tap water is just fine, angling the tip properly is important, fast is much more painful than slow and steady, and be prepared to use most of the good-sized bottle for stubborn situations.Also, just in case you were absent on ear anatomy day, your eardrum is supposed to be sealed, meaning if the blockage is actually in your middle ear, you should be looking at nasal sprays; these tools won't help at all.

I bought this thinking it was similar to a tool used by a quick care to clean my ears. The bottle doesn’t provide much pressure to clean your ears out. However the hydrogen peroxide and water mix is actually useful and what I remember the quick care using.Prior to my purchase, I used ear wax removal drops for about a week but with no results. It wasn’t until I bought this and seeing the bottle fail me, I left the drops in my ear for longer than 5 minutes(around 10mins). I then used the red syringe and applied the pressure I wanted. EVERYTHING came out.In summary, just get ear wax removal drops with a big enough rubber syringe and leave the drops in your ear for about 10 minutes. Do this for about 4-7 days if your ears are super clogged.

You must buy this to make sure your ears are clean. I did have to purchase another year wax cleaner product to break up the wax, but the tube attachment on the spray bottle is a game changer and a must to BLAST away the wax!!!Use a product to break up the earwax and let it set for at least a few hours as directed by the instructions on the bottle (there are several products on Amazon to choose from). Then mix wam water with baking soda. like a 1:1/8 ratio of water to soad, and then spray it in your ear with to flush everything out. You may have to do this a couple of time but it works wonders!!

Works good, not as quickly as it would clean out stubborn wax or whatever is stuck, if you get it done at the doctor. However if you take your time, follow directions and use ear wax relief for at least 10 mins before flushing your ears, maybe 5 times per day, and use the small metal tips they include to scrap, wiggle and pull out very small of wax, eventually it’ll soften up and large chunks will fall out, leaving you pain free with clean clear ears! Took a lil over 24 hrs.
