Over a year ago, my dog's nose became dry, crusty and cracked. At times, her nose was so crusty, it hindered her breathing. After speaking to my vet, I started applying balms to her nose. Some didn't help at all; some made her nose worse. This was the eleventh balm I tried. This balm has been a game-changer for her! I had given up on her nose ever being soft and moist like it used to be, but it is now as close to "normal" as it has been in over a year. Her nose is soft again and no longer crusty, although not as moist as it once was. I am applying the balm twice a day, once in the morning and once before we go to bed. With her history, I will probably have to do that for the rest of her life. If your dog is not responding to a particular balm, keep trying other balms! I am so very thankful I finally tried this one. Please, do not ever discontinue this balm!

My pug gets sun/windburn on nose and sore paws. Works on all 3 areas. He does try to lick it iff but I use diversion to make him forget about it. Product is safe if ingested per label. Hard to choose this type of product online. Big box stores and Veteranarian and groomer all did not have recommendation for me. Now I can recommend this product to them. Extremely satisfied with yhis product.

This is a great balm for my dog's paws! My dog loves the smell and tried to lick it in the jar but left his feet alone. He has grass allergies and constantly licks his feet and it leaves them dry and this really helped to remoisturize his pads again. I really like the natural ingredients. I like to make my own lip balms and lotions and I use some of these in them.

I just love the ingredients in this balm. They are ‘natural’, effective, and smell wonderful. Besides working at a pad moisturizer, I am going to test this over the winter as a ice prevention wax. Similar products are used, mainly with sled dogs, to keep iceballs from sticking to the hair inbetween the paw pads when the dogs run on snow. I think this will work quite well for that, but I can’t really test that in May.Only downside is that this is on the expensive side.But that’s JustMe. (I received this product in exchange for an honest review, and that is what I have offered here.)

I use this product nightly on my dog's paws and the top of her nose. She has rough patches from walking on the cement, so I make sure to rub it in. She seems to really enjoy the attention. It has no odor, and I sort of find it easiest to put her whole pad on the bottom of the jar, and rub, then work it in with my fingers. She gives me a kiss for doing this. She really likes it.
