This kettle is fantastic! It boils water very quickly, looks great with its glass design, and is easy to use. I like the automatic shut-off feature for added safety, and it’s simple to clean. A reliable, high-quality kettle that I would definitely recommend.

The kettle itself is really good. It’s the first kettle I’ve owned, where the flick switch doesn’t bounce back up if you take it off the stand (while boiling) to add more water, which to me is a plus. Aesthetically, it looks good, but the trim at the top of mine kept pinging off on one side after we’d had it a few days. It got really annoying and hard to put back on when the kettle is full of hot water, so my partner removed the trim altogether. It doesn’t really detract too much from the appearance, but I’ve knocked one star off for this, as a little more thought into the design would have prevented this happening, as the trim was tucked into the handle on both sides. The lid needs removing altogether to fill, and it fits on really well, with a satisfying ‘click’ into place, and doesn’t get too hot to touch, if you need to refill to reuse straight away. I don’t consider it to be a noisy kettle, but obviously you can hear it as it heats the water up. It’s not as tall as my previous kettle, although it holds the same amount of water, it’s just slightly wider round the girth of the kettle instead. It doesn’t take too long to boil, I’ve had slower kettles, it all depends on the wattage of the kettle of course. I boiled my kettle twice (and discarded the water each time) before using it to make tea/coffee, but there were no obvious ‘factory odours’ lingering on the kettle prior to first boiling. Overall, it doesn’t what it’s supposed to do, and I’m happy with that.

Good size kettle and doesn’t make the water taste plasticky, have tried other kettles but glass ones are the best. Arrived at pick up point on time super fast. Makes a lovely cup of tea or coffee. Would recommend

It’s a good little kettle and suits just one or two people. The pretty blue lights help you know when it has boiled. And it’s great value.

I had to order a kettle a few months ago, so found a glass one, but the lid leaked. They very kindly replaced, but the lid still leaked, the pour was slow and you had to go careful when pouring as the handle got hot and u could feel the heat from the glass body which u had to go careful with. Not only that, the drips from the lid. I painstakingly looked for other brands and came across this one. The handle is perfect, doesn’t get hot like the other one did. The spout pour is sooo much better on this one, and the lid doesn’t leak. I wish I got this one sooner. This is much better for my disabled son to use as it’s much safer and I feel a lot more confident letting him use it. Very sturdy and great to use.

Its a PERFECT buy. I was Stupidly disappointed at first as I hadn't realised how much smaller it was to what I'm used to. BUT this is a POSITIVE. It's Super Easy to clean from limescale as I live in a HardWater area. It's Saving me on water. So saving on unnecessary electricity AND has the option of a metal filter for my personal Herbal Tea Brews. Top Job. Never going to buy a larger kettle again.

Bought in December, it had a crack in the handle and we should have returned it but we didn’t. Despite this, it seemed a good kettle and looked good. However 4 months later, it leaks from the spout when you pour and looks a complete mess due to scale, despite descaling often. Obviously not Chefmans fault that we have hard water but most concerning is that it leaks boiling water. Would not recommend.

Works amazing. Its the perfect size and so easy to use. It is so cute and fits with my kitchen. Heats up quickly especially compared to the stove top version I have. Not too heavy and easy to use. You can boil warer dor just a cuppa or use the tea holder it comes with to make a whole thing of tea. Very versatile and many ways to use it.

So, with the price of coffee becoming ridiculous, I went back to drinking tea for the most part, this is why I bought an electric kettle, good size, quick to boil even when filled to the max. The blue light is a bonus, which also tells you when the water has boiled (i.e the blue light goes out). I don’t use the infuser so I took it out, why pay to heat that up when it’s not being used. Not much more to add, I like it, works as expected.

I had read a review that this shattered on someone for no reason which made me not buy it for a long time, then it was put on such a good sale I decided to risk it. I found that the reason that person's kettle shattered was probably because they boiled water, used the water, then perhaps tried to clean the kettle by putting cold water in it. This is a HUGE no no. You do not put cold water on hot glass, trust me. This has been a most wonderful kettle. I love the color of it when you switch it on, neon blue. It turns off by itself when it's ready to go. It boils quickly and quietly, and it's nice and fat. The "steeper" is that what it's called? Is awesome. You can steep all your loose tea in it without a bag. I love this kettle.
