Works really good for switching a scope to different rifles
Streamlined style which allows scope to be mounted on bolt action rifle so bolt can work without hitting the mount. Took a little while to get the rings mounted on the scope but was easy to mount on rifle after that. Looking forward to switching the thermal scope to different rifles.

Good Quality, fair price !
I am changing the scope mounts on most of my rifles to picatinny rails and QD/QR rings on the scopes. This is my 3rd pair and I like the concept of being able to switch scopes from one rifle to another with minimum fuzz ! The Warne Maxima rings are i.m.o. well made, sturdy and do not have to lapped for installation.........Good value !

good to go
these are excellent! warne makes some very high quality rings and these are a fine example.the quick release lever isnt as fast as some other brands but it doesnt gouge up your rail like some other 180 degree clamp levers.the one gripe is that this style of rings is more cumbersome to mount because of the way the ring halves come apart. i prefer them to split apart vertically, not horizontally. that way you can mount the lower half of the rings to the rail and then let the scope sit on top of that while your hands are free to place the top half of the ring on and then screw it down.the price of warne products are generally about half the price of other premium brands and they have top notch quality. these were my second set of warnes and not my last.i should note that the return to zero on these is excellent. i had a 1-6x scope and it got very repeatable near moa no matter how many times i took it off.

Warne is the best rings and bases...
in my opinion. The "L" brand are good too, but I think these are better and a slightly better value; they both are expensive. These are a bit different to assemble, but once you get used to it --no problem.

Excellent rings, excellent value
Warne makes some great rings for the money. I run these on several platforms and have never had an issue. Follow the torque specs and you’ll be good to go. I can’t speak to their ability to return to zero after detaching, as I’ve never had a reason to do so. I hunt with two different rifles using these rings and have harvested many deer with both guns. Absolutely great product.

The best mounts ever made for a hunting rifle.
THE best mounts for a hunting rifle. Use them on all of my M70s for worldwide hunting. Hold up to the rigors of Africa, and allow my to ditch the scope and use my irons in a pinch. These hold zero very well. They are lighter and stronger than other rings. Make sure you follow the install instructions perfectly (or watch the youtube vid), as it is easy to screw it up; DONT TRY TO FIGURE IT OUT ON YOUR OWN. In my experience, everyone who hates these rings have not installed them properly.

Great Product
No lapping neccessary which makes install easy and secure without damaging optics. Quick detach ligns up easily and re-mounts to rifle with no tools.

Excellent but one note...
Rock solid and secure. Rotating QD locks work very well with 7mm R.E.M. Mag recoil. You can position the rotating locks in any resting position by pulling out and rotating to desired location, which is nice. My only complaint is something that is my own fault but will mention it to help with any purchase for another...these rings have screws at the top of the mount and can interfere with turret markings and make it hard to read the turret position if using a turret scope. Other than that they are great scope rings.
