You may have ordered the wrong king size. There is CA King and regular King. I have a regular King and it fits perfectly.

Q: I don't see different sizes listed

I purchased mine on Amazon. Put the name Better Bedder in the search engine and the ads come up. Each Ad was for different sizes. I just saw King size ad and queen size ad. Search through the whole group that comes up

Q: Can this product be used on flexible beds.

Well as soon as you flex the bed the sides of the headband will rise in the corner. But if sleeping is done with mattress flat the headband should work well. Some of the sheets today are made too big with too much slack in the center of the mattress so even the headband can hold the sheet tight. Hope that helps.
