SimpliSafe Entry Sensor (Pack of 4) - Window and Door Protection - Compatible with The SimpliSafe Home Security System (New Gen)

I have had my SimpliSafe system for about a month. I found it VERY EASY to install and connect to the base. It basically does it by itself when you turn it on and name each sensor whether it be the motion detector, the glass breakage sensor, entryway sensors that you put on the doors and windows, the cameras or even the extra 105dB Sirens that are also wireless. It is all extremely easy to install and connect to the SimpliSafe Monitoring. I have shopped for security systems for a couple years now and decided on this one because they had a special deal where I could get a free camera. I was really happy when I found out how well the system works and the fact that if the Wi-Fi goes down it will go straight to cell phone ability and contact SimpliSafe Monitoring if needed in an emergency. I also like the fact there are sensors you can buy later like a water leak sensor, CO2 sensor, temperature sensor so your water lines won't freeze which would be good for vacation cabins and such. They are all very easy to add later when you want to. TODAY I found out I get a discount on my homeowners for having a monitored alarm system. I am so impressed with the SimpliSafe system. YES I would definitely purchase the entire system again and probably will soon for a second property I own. Without a doubt this is an impressive system.

Nice sensors. Pay attention to how they mount so you can get the batteries out a later date. They just use the CR button batteries. TBH why don’t need to touch to work which is nice. Plenty of good applications for these too. Price is a little high for what they are but they work

So far so good. I use these on all doors and windows so if someone breaks into the house, either these will sound off or the motion sensors will (also by SimpliSafe). We have one entry sensor that is occasionally saying it's connected, not connected, then it reconnects. Not sure why this one acts up and the others do not. Good customer service so I'll give them a call on this one. We've been using SimpliSafe for a few years, and even have their subscription plan. Husband set the alarm off this morning, forgot to turn it off, and it was one of these new sensors that is on the front door. Installation was easy, don't have to have them touching, just within a 2" area. Most of ours are about 1" and work perfectly. I was able to disarm the system once hubs set it off by using the remote. Good system and we're happy to have it.
