Gets the job done. I made the mistake of thinking the side that goes into the weights laying on the floor was also for 1" plates but that's ok, I just got a couple of olypmic plates for that side. I would suggest to other buyers to also get a non-slip mat to put underneath though as it does slip on hardwood floor.

Do not buy. Product came used and abused. marketed as such, but in this case it wasn't.
I wouldn't have minded if it was marketed as such but it wasn't. Save your money and get it elsewhere.
