This bench stool is made from reclaimed wood and has a ton of character. It works great as a bench for kids or as a step stool for the kitchen or bathroom. It is very sturdy and is finished with polyurethane so it is ready for spills and messes. The step stool measures 11” wide x 15-3/4” long x 12” tall. This product is made from lumber salvaged from barns in rural Missouri. Due to the nature of barn wood, each item will have it's own unique characteristics. No two are quite the same!

Sturdy, nice design
I bought this reclaimed wood kid's bench stool, along with a few other items made by this company.It's solid, and is functional as a bench, stool, and holds a few kid books. It has a nice rustic design, the only negative thing for me is the rough surface. For kids, I would have thought it would be sanded down or more smooth. Afraid my young one can get a splinter.
