Wonderful drone
Excellent drone for a very affordable price. Calibration was a lot easier than I expected. Comes with a detailed user guide and videos to get you started. Synced up with my phone perfectly as well. When I started flying it around, I was worried it might get lost if I flew too far away. But then I noticed it has a GPS as well so you can retrieve it even if it crashes somewhere. Controls are very responsive and straightforward; very easy to fly after a little practice. Top notch camera quality. I'm amazed they're able to offer this drone at this price point.

Worst experience so far. Dangerous Drone!
When it arrived, it was having connection issues. The creators were difficult to get ahold of so I contacted Amazon. Amazon sent me a replacement that never showed up(because they consistently deliver to the wrong place instead if following deliver instructions), they then told me in order to fix the issue I needed to file a police report because it showed up as delivered. Did what I had to do and they gave me a refund for the drone then told me to buy it again if I wanted a replacement. I bought it again for a higher price than originally purchased for... right out the box again it is having connection issues to the point where the drone won't connect to the remote and when it does, if you get it off the ground it is now a very dangerous hazard that randomly and regularly disconnects and flies off into people, property, etc. I actually ended up taking a hit to avoid it flying into more serious damage during one of these issues. It also takes forever to shut down the blades so if anything happens and you need to hold it down definitely gonna need to use a boot. Couldve been really cool and fun for the price, but this is a lawsuit waiting to happen...

Flies like it should, but video quality lacking
Before I get into what I liked and didn't like about the X20, a little background on my experience with quadcopters. I've been flying quadcopters since 2014, having built my own as well as using commercial off the shelf models with all the bells and whistles (i.e. DJI Mavic 2 Pro that I regularly fly now). I was looking for something with GPS and relatively easy to use, while also cheaper and more limited for my kid to start learning on so that if they crashed and wrecked the thing, it would be much less of a loss. I know I needed to temper my expectations for something costing $200 compared to the Mavic 2 Pro that costs 7 times more, so I'm trying to keep that in mind. What I liked:- X20 is small and light, making it easy to take with you- Was easy enough to get into the air for the first time, just do yourself a favor and read the instructions- It flies well enough and with GPS signal the quadcopter seemed relatively stable even in some 5-10mph winds and returned to home like it should- USB charging for the battery is convenient making it easy to charge without needing another power brick to take with.- Surprisingly quite, not as loud as other quad copters I've flown- Gimbal/camera cover is easy to remove and replace.- The LCD status screen on the remote is helpful to see quick stats- Remote holds your phone well and was large enough to hold my S21 Ultra- Battery life is reasonably good, letting you get some decent flying time in before having to plug it in. What I didn't like:- Charging plug on remote is micro USB, battery is USB-C - why couldn't the remote also be USB-C?- States a 4K camera, but the video files were only 2.5K with a resolution of 2560x1440. - Video quality is quite poor, being very soft and lacking detail, there is zero control over video settings as well.- Gimbal motors are underpowered resulting in jerky video- Gimbal repeatedly lost horizon-level resulting in tilted video- Not always the most intuitive, definitely take your time to read the manual (i.e. remote control has to be paired every time quad is turned on and does not retain pairing) At the end of the day for the purpose I got it for, it will work despite the poor video quality, thus why I'm giving it 3 stars. It flies and meets the needs of getting started learning to fly a GPS quadcopter. However if you have the money and would actually like decent video and pictures, I would definitely recommend jumping up to something a bit more refined like a DJI Mavic Mini. If you don't care about pictures and video and don't need GPS to learn to fly, then there's also many cheaper options out there as well. If you want something lower cost that will allow you to get a sense of what a GPS camera drone is like without breaking the bank, then this might work.

First Time Drone Owner
It is frightening to go head first in to the world of drones. It's very intimidating. But then I purchase this one. The support, the ready to go product right out of the box, the step by step directions. These people made it so comfortable and it calmed me down immediately. The camera is sharp and all controls are so user friendly. Battery life is excellent. Range is incredible. It folds so compact for transport. If you are on the fence about getting one of these, this is your unit. I want to use it all the time. Compatible with my phone to see what it sees. Love this thing. Such a huge fan of this company

Controller is buggy
Sometimes the controller connects to the drone and sometimes is doesn’t. When it doesn’t the control of the drone is made using the app controls instead. Takes away from seeing the video feed as you have to have your thumbs on the phone screen. For the price, its a decent drone. If only the controller worked all the time….

Not the best drone ever.
The drone is of good size. it is packaged well and unfolds nicely. It is difficult to calibrate, but once calibrated seems to do well. Camera quality is not 4K, video is just bare3ly acceptable. First flight went well. Second flight, not so good. Took off well but when it got father away it seemed not to respond. Everything I tried made it go further away. Finally, I got it to come back. Third flight was a disaster. Took off well, went up good but when I asked it return home, it took off and ran into neighbor's fence. Took off well again but would not respond to any commands except take off and land. There is absoultly no support for this drone.Called amazon, they transfered me to another number, left message, returned call said have no association with this drone. Returned to Amazon for credit.

AMAZING is all I can say. Wish I had one as a kid!!
This is absolutely the best drone I've ever had. It's as nice as what my friends paid $500 to $1000 for. I highly recommend it.
