Does what we need

It's worked good for the last year. Use it occasionally usually every other week. I'll rub butcher block oil on it every 5 - 8 uses. Hasn't shown any signs of warping or splitting. Best thing is, it's compact I use it on small cuts of 1 or 2 vegetable produce like, potato, pepper, etc.. Always hand washed when cleaning. So far okay, I'll update if experience changes.

We like its dimensions

I was looking for a 12x8 size cutting board, so I was disappointed that the board is actually 11.5x7.5.

It’s wood so you may have to lightly sand after washing first time as the grains will raise once wet. But after oiling, it’s very useful for small jobs and light weight to not feel cumbersome with continuous taking out of cupboard and then storing after each use. Only used for about a week so far so can’t comment on the longevity, but not expecting this to be a hand-down-to-grandkids type of purchase. Seems well constructed.
