Oukitel Y1000 Rugged Smart Phones (Violet)

I just got this today. I bought it for my daughter. This is the 2ND phone in a MONTH i have bought from Amazon for my daughter. The first one wouldnt stay on for longer than 2 minutes before powering itself off.. and now on to info about this phone:I have reviewed and researched this Oukitel C12 phone for 2 weeks. I thought this was going to be a great starter phone for my preteen daughter. I was really excited about this phone for her. I even bought her a special set of headphones and popsocket to match the light purple design of the phone. We get it today and i set everything up and all seems fine then i give her the phone and she is beyond happy.. then 30 minutes later she brings me the phone and shows me how every video she tries to watch or record or basically anything she tries to do on the phone moves in slow motion! SLOW MOTION! Right now you are probably asking yourself hhmmm is her wifi connection bad? nope everyone else devices are working perfectly. Except this BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX FOR NO LONGER THAN 2 HOURS PHONE! I spent waaay too much money on this phone for it to not work 30 minutes into using it! This is NOT okay! I had planned to give this phone a test run for a few days and if it ran well i was going to buy a second one for my teenage daughter so she could have an upgrade from her older phone but buying another one woulf be like lighting another $120 on fire! Thanks for letting me down Amazon! I am very disappointed.. my little family relies on Amazon for a lot of our needs and has always been our favorite online shopping place but after 2 phones not working in 1 month... I'm pretty upset. As a very constant customer I feel like i deserve better than that!AMAZON: Fix the issue, replace the phone with one that actually works and refund me my money since I've lost hundreds over these 2 non working phones.. and I will update the review to a positive one.

Phone worked great and not even a month and the screen blacked out once and randomly came back on. Them yesterday it blacked out again. The phone is on, I can call it and it rings, set alarms are going off but screen black. I can even randomly touch the screen and it answered a call. Can't power down and I have tried everything to reboot. Called amazon and even though it's after the return date they offered a refund after I return the phone. I'm really disappointed because this phone is for my quadriplegic Husband and him not having a proper working phone is very concerning especially when I have to go to the store and he is home alone (for a short period). Now he is without a phone until we can get another. I'm worried about ordering online. So I may just have to get a phone local. This phone was great for him. Minus this crazy situation. Must be a manufacture defect.

Couldn't find a prepaid carrier that it would work with.

The phone stopped working properly 2 weeks after activiting. It started to block numbers and send calls to voicemail. A month plus later the phone stopped working. Now I can not return the phone because the window for return is now closed. I will love for Amazon to help me to either return this phone or get a replacement phone.

Nice mobile phone. Value the money. Will recommend to buy it
