Manduka eko Yoga and Pilates Mat

The mat has a nice color.The smell is a minor problem.When practicing yoga the mat buckles,so during sun salutations is not practical.Also I noticed it's losing pieces.I wouldn't buy it again.I trusted manduka brand but this mat is quite different from my previous ones.

I purchased this mat on April 25. After 3 months usage, it started peeling. Be aware that there is no guarantee in the Eko-lite mats.

I love it! very good quality, great color, doesnt slip.It smells a bit weird in the beginning but the rubber smell wears off after being aired out

Great value for money product. High quality materials with the extra benefit of being eco-friendly. Still need to try it with a sweaty workout but so far has been perfect for a comfortable and painless practice

Reviewing on behalf of a friend (who ordered through our account!) and she says it's brilliant! She did say lots of yoga specific things but all I can remember is that she said the other old ladies in her class were totally jealous of her swish mat! Sorry, not the most helpful review ever but she has now had it for several months so it's obviously wearing well as she yogas three times a week! (pretty sure yoga isn't a verb but you know what I mean)The only downsize apparently it's weight but as she drives to yoga sessions that's not a problem.

I used to buy the £20-30 mats on amazon as they kept falling apart.This one is money well spent. Some of the features I love about it:- amazing grip on both side, which means no sliding, ever!- doesn't deform easily but still easy to roll up and store- very easy to clean (damp cloth is more than enough)Some minor drawbacks that I can completely live with- slight rubber odour (left my mat spread for a week and it almost disappeared)- heavier than cheaper options (I only use it at home so no worry here either)

Five star yoga mat. However it was really “ smelly “ to begin with, I opted for this because of the natural rubber and biodegradability, but it had to be upside down, on the porch for a week, before smell turned into “ nice “, pleasant , natural smell. Can’t imagine this one slipping in any condition and it is soft enough for the thickness.

I've had this mat now for 3 years and it's very much still going strong. Still just as grippy, still looks and feels just as it should. I'm very fond of my own little rectangle of the universe. Great for both vinyasa and yin yoga styles with just the right balance of cushioning/stability. I actually went through a fair few mats before I found my goldilocks one - if anything happened to this I would happily repurchase, despite being a little pricier than I would ideally have liked. Would 100% recommend.

I finally decided I was good enough to warrant an expensive yoga mat and boy did this not disappoint. It's super thin yet offers good cushioning because it's so dense, and I'm NEVER afraid of slipping. If you're someone who likes their mat to be more like a crash-mat then this isn't for you, but I'll never need another mat again. Superb quality and feels like it will last a life time!
