Great product
Purchased this along the way for Christmas, and it was a blast. All the pieces come together, so there is a real challenge for kids and adults. Great for the mind and soul on a winter's day.

Cute puzzles, but all 12 mixed up in the box
These 12 puzzles are each about the size of a postcard. As stated in the description, they're all mixed up in the box. I did all 12 puzzles and sorted the pieces into 12 ziplocks afterwards. The artwork is charming, and the pieces fit together well. I picked up each one and moved it out of the way after finishing it, and they held together well. My only complaint is that one of the pieces was also separated from the cardboard. I came across a puzzle piece that was only brown cardboard on both sides, and later I found the picture that had fallen off the cardboard. I glued the two together before assembling, and hope that there are no other pieces that are on the verge of falling apart.

The pieces for all 12 puzzles are together in one bag
I gave this to my nine year old grandson on December 1st like an advent calendar thinking he could put one together each day in the twelve days prior to Christmas. Sadly, all the pieces for each of the 12 puzzles were together in one ziplock bag. This was overwhelming for him to sort through to create 12 different puzzles and so I returned it.

12 puzzles in 1 box, in 1bag?!
I got these because the images are cute and I want to do a quick puzzle a day during the 12 days of Christmas (Dec26 to Jan6).There may be 12 individual puzzles but all of the pieces are mixed together in a single bag. Very disappointed by that.

Please read before purchasing
I bought this for my kiddo because I’ve exhausted every other advent-like calendar option for her age. I thought this would be cute and thoughtful. It is. However, I failed to read that it’s 12 puzzles in ONE BOX. Meaning, they’re not separated. It’s all scrambled. This takes the fun out the “12 days” or any form of advent- like gift. I’m now making sure this is 12 day gift by individually separating each puzzle which is a task to do.

All pieces come mixed in one bag inside box
Puzzles are adorable, but as a parent using this as an advent calendar, I was shocked that all the pieces arrived in a single large bag, and were not bagged individually. Also, because we then had to build them all right away so we could bag them up individually, I know we were shorted one piece in the “pipers piping” puzzle. See attached photo.

Missing a piece and had 6 extra duplicate pieces
Missing a piece and you have to assemble everything to find out that then you have to return the whole thing and start all over again

12 days of Christmas fail
Well this was a huge disappointment. The whole points of an advent calendar or 12 Days of Christmas puzzle is to be able to do an individual puzzle each day. Unfortunately the people at Chronicle Books apparently do not get the concept because what you will get is one big bag of pieces all mixed together thus you have no clue which pieces go to which puzzle which totally defeats the fun of being able to easily pull out the pieces for each puzzle. Now of course after year one I can personally sort the pieces into 12 separate baggies but as is, this really misses the mark. Not only that, I can see right through the bag that I have big chunks of up to 8 attached pieces, likely not fully cut through. I was so excited for this package and now all I feel is disappointment. I can only imagine a parent thinking they were getting twelve 48 piece puzzles for their child, not a box of 576 pieces they likely will have to pre-sort.
