Performing great, battery supports 27 holes. Quick and easy to prep and put away, not too heavy. Improvements that I recommend are a smaller remote control, 3 ball holder, and a storage area.* After seven months with this cart i rate as 1 STAR as i have difficulty with the remote control battery’s working loose so i have to unscrew the cover and reset them. Also the on/off button is random with not working or cart taking off. The ball holder doesn’t hold golf balls well.

This cart is exactly what I was looking for. Pushing a cart for 18 holes has become more difficult and tiresome. This cart is very user friendly and easy to control and navigate. It is light enough for me (61 year old woman) to get into and out of my car with little effort. It's easy to set up, put my bag on and off I go. The remote is very easy to use as well. Most importantly, the Customer Service is exemplary. I had an issue with the remote and they worked very hard to help me fix it. Since I continued to have a little trouble with it, they are sending me a new remote. I would recommend this cart to anyone looking for a remote controlled push cart.

Very simple set up instructions. Worked out of the box, but charged it before using on the course. It stalled on the 2nd hole on first use. I should have had the manual with me, I could have solved it instantly. Tubing is easy to clean and it stores well hung from my wall. The scorecard holder is a bit mysterious. It doesn’t have any structural support for it’s only pivot point. Putting it away it broke straight away. Really useless. Why not use a metal structure instead. The rest of the cart is solid, yet this last item, must have been overlooked and it was added as a last ditch effort to have a complete cart. I would be open to receiving a replacement.

Easy assembly. Very responsive to remote control. Performs well on rough and hilly terrain as well as smooth fairways. The only issue I have is that the clip that holds the remote on the end of the handle grip is too small and the remote falls off very easily.

Can not find one thing that I dislike about this cart. Easy to assemble, easy control ( I got the remote after reading the comments.) I've had it out 6 or 7 times plenty of power to do 18 holes. Turns work great on grass reacts to quickly on pavement and gravel so just match my pace and manually control the direction works best for me. It takes a little practice to become proficient with the remote. I do recommend getting the remote. I would buy this again.

I only had to await a short time to get. a response from Cart-Tek. I assembled the cart, fully charged the battery and it worked fine for 45 minutes on the course and then shut down. I have gone through all of the problem solving in the manual. It appears well built and I liked it for the 45 minutes it worked. I will update after I have heard from customer service. The remote was easy to figure out, and I liked the ease of the manual mode as well.There is no ball holder on score card hold, which is an inconvenience.* I was sent a replacement control board, spent more time replacing it, instead of using the cart on the course. The replacement board did not work. Cart-Tek then sent a replacement frame with the thought that it is the transmitter on the handle. I had the cart for one week and still had not been able to use it and I had to wait another week before the parts came. More assembling, and viola! It works. I have been out for 4, 18 hole rounds and it has been a breeze. Remote is easy, cart glides along. Customer service at Cart-Tek has been extremely helpful, however after assembling the cart which was more assembling than expected, replacing the control board(more assembly) now will have to take it apart to rebuild with new parts being sent.Assembled new parts and everything is working, at least at home, I look forward to getting it on the course tomorrow. The remote is fairly easy to use and I purchased the Cart-Tek cooler which I need to attach the holder to the cart. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the cart will remain operational. I give 5 stars to the cart-tek support folks. They were responsive and the replacement items were delivered sooner than expected. Now I need to box up the old part and fed ex back. It has been a lot of work and hopefully worth it.

Interesting Purchase - ordered two (2) - one Silver and one Black. The Silver shipped from VA, the Black shipped from TX. Was concerned when both arrived because the boxes had damage. Good protection inside, so no damage to any parts.Assembly took a while. The manual had instructions for assembling the Caddy, but no instructions for the accessories (umbrella holder, drink holder, and card/ball holder) - had to study pictures of the Caddy in the Manual to figure out how to install the accessories.There was a difference between the Silver and Black Caddy - The Silver Caddy came with a ball mark kit (small sharpie, ball holder to mark lines, small bag to hold kit). It also came with a long white towel (US flag on 1 end and "Cart-Tek" on the other end). The Black Caddy did NOT have these 2 items - don't know why!

Works very well. Some of my friends also bought one once they saw mine. One caution, it might be too heavy for some people to lift in and out of the car.
