Rough going
I never did get the first one I ordered. But after a chat with Amazon was able to get the second one in a couple of days. Makes me wonder what went wrong the first time if it only takes 2 days to get to me.Anyway, this item is very nice, was easy to install with two people. Note, either be very strong or have some help....it's glass and it's substantial.I moved into a new place this Fall and between remodeling and decor I have spent a great deal of money. I'm a longtime Amazon customer and have never had a single complaint over the years. I have to say, something has changed horribly with Amazon. So uncharacteristic, but there have been lots of issues on the big items this time around. Quality items, just don't be in a hurry.

Gorgeous Panel
We loved the look of this panel…had to have it! We had a new tiled shower done and this black framed panel with window pane panels was perfect with our classic white tiles and Penny tile floor….its so popular that our contractor has shown this picture and now he has requests from many of his clients for the same thing. Win…win!👍☺️

I’m sure it’s really nice. Looks nice in the photos. Ordered it twice. Twice it disappeared in shipping. If you like it, I recommend buying it from Lowe’s. It’s also cheaper there.

We are very happy with this product. It looks beautiful and it's easy to care for. The box was really beat up when it arrived and I was concerned it would be broken or at least cracked, but it was fine. So perhaps better packaging would be a good idea. We would definitely purchase again.

Worth every penny!
Me & my wife installed this in our guest bathroom, it's worth every penny! If you have the right tools & equipment, the installation is super easy. Make sure you have the diamond tip drill bit for tile & acrylic. There's a youtube video how to install to guide you & the instruction paper is on point. The glass is super thick & sturdy.

Beautiful door. I’ve been getting a ton of compliments. Just be aware, it’s not as sturdy as I expected it to be. Still would highly recommend.

I did give it a 4 star just because it could have been a little bit wider. The water splashes out some. But it’s beautiful and heavy duty.
