I pulled the necklace out of the package and heard the most wonderful jingle jangle! It is well made, sturdy, but not heavy!! I will definitely be comfortable wearing this at the gym and not feel like it will break or impede me. I bought it for a "rebirthday" gift for myself, and I would absolutely recommend it as a gift for others.Update: I read somewhere that the necklace was too small for an adult... I am a grown woman and have a thicker neck and built up traps. I am short, but by no means "petite" and this necklace fits just fine.

Love this necklace. Have not taken it off since I got it. Only thing is it is beginning to darken so need to clean it to see if it brightens it again, but love it.

This necklace was a gift. I love it. I have sensitive skin so was a bit concern about the titanium.....the necklace part of it was okay but the charms leave fine bumps on my chest area and a red patch... I've worn it on 3 separate occasions and its happened each time. I would like to wear it more but cant.

I workout so I am Strong. The necklace says what I feel. The charms are about 3/4 in long and the STRONG IS BEAUTIFUL IS ABOUT 1 INCH LONG. The necklace is shiny and durable; If you don't like the chain change it for another stainless steel chain you can buy on Amazon. I bought this stainless steel necklace because of its durability.

Love the charms! The chain color is not shiny. The charms can come off and be used on other jewelry. Yes, the kettle ball is a little heavy, and I wore it by itself and someone thought it was a pearl. Really love this!
