This fan has good air flow and works with my gas fireplace very well. The only challenge was getting it into the tight space and moved to the back of the area. By taking off the removable rubber feet and working the assembly into the space and then putting the feet back on I was able to do the job. It came wired and ready to plug in. Fireplace works much better now! Be careful how close it is to something it can rattle on even though it is pretty smooth running. Good value for the money.

Installed easily. Wiring is straightforward and mostly complete. Works great and heats up the room nicely! Should have bought one years ago!

Installation was easy with the exception that the ground wire connector on the power cord was a different incompatible type than the ground wire connection on the blower. So to connect them I just cut off the connectors and used a wire nut. Blower fan is not especially quiet, noise level is what you'd expect. The fan controller is behind the bottom vent cover of the fireplace, so I need to remove the cover to adjust the fan speed. Works well blowing heat from the fireplace.
