Not bad didn't heat up as quick as I thought but good overall

Does exactly as it says, pleased enough that we’ve ordered a second one.

I looked at this advert, the images shown and the bundles offered (heater, external thermostat and remote plug) and bought on that basis.When the power is lost to this device, it remains off. Permanently. Until you manually switch it on.There is a very small note in the "Description" several pages down, saying you cannot use it with an external timer.However, in that same description, the heater is shown side by side with the timer / thermostat plugs that you cannot use. So, the images in the description are irrelevant to the product on sale, and in fact misleading.So while Amazon and the dealer are presenting you with images / offers of a bundle, that bundle in fact won't work (bundle on offer is timer heater tube, external thermostat plug and remote power plug).If you happen to have a power cut, this device won't resume heating when power resumes until you manually turn it back on again. All settings are lost when power is removed, and it defaults to off.The device is going in the bin.

Cannot set it to any temperature.the settings are only a timer for or/off

Wouldn't warm your nuts if you had it down your trousers . There was no change temp in room I placed in . To turn a phrase it was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard.

I purchased this tube heater for my daughter. Just to take the chill off her bedroom, when her central heating isn't on.
