I've been looking for a pillow for a number of years that didn't make my head and neck hurt wnen I slept and when I woke, now I've found it this is the best thing I've found in a very long time, I sleep great every night and wake up with headache or ne k pain it's not to soft and not to hard its just right, I find it very comfy to sleep on and the space for you head and neck is amazing, you can turn you head and it just sits in the space and feels very relaxing, so cheap you can't go wrong but so far I love it, best buy in a long while.

This is a must-buy - I used it for one night and I had the best night's sleep ever. I usually suffer from aches and pains in my neck and shoulders after waking up. And when this happens in the middle of the night, it takes ages to ease my suffering to be able to fall back to sleep. But after using this for just one night, I was pain-free; I felt so comfortable I didn't want to ever get up. It may feel as if your head is too low to start with, but believe me, you will hardly notice it after your first night's sleep.

What can I say ? Just woken up from the first night of sleeping on my new pillow and I am overjoyed! I slept completely soundly, even after having to get up to go to the loo, I went straight back to sleep again immediately - something that I usually spend hours tossing and turning afterwards! I am honestly wondering why I've never got one of these before.I have been suffering with neck injuries - pinched nerve, pins and needles, waking suddenly in the night gasping, and generally having neck muscles issues for a couple of years now, plus TMJ on my left side. I knew I needed a firm, flat pillow to sleep on my side but had never considered getting one of these (actually I didn't even know they existed until my brother suggested I got one).If this is how good I feel after just the first night I can't wait to sleep on this now forever!I researched others which looked similar to this, but the reviews for this were outstanding and I am so glad I choose this one. At first I thought it was going to be too hard, it felt odd for honestly less than a minute as I must have gone straight to sleep !If you have TMJ, neck issues: pinched nerves, pulled muscles, pain, numbness, - don't think twice - this will help you to sleep no question!

Lovely idea but hard and unforgiving.

Ordered this thought it looked and sounded better than the one I had but had a sore neck since been using it gone back to me first one

I brought this pillow ahead of my neck surgery to help me lay comfortably.It has done it's job where my head stays positioned all night to avoid movement.So soft with removable cover too 😃

Can’t believe I’m the first to write a review on this pillar. I searched almost all the ads and read the reviews for cervical pillars for at least two days because I wanted something that would help with the discomfort I was feeling in my neck, shoulder and arm. This one attracted my attention because it showed pictures of the exact afflictions that I was experiencing. I researched the shape, design and features plus it offered an additional layer of support that was removable so I decided to buy it. The first night it took some getting used to but today I’ve woken up feeling better than I have done in weeks so I’ll continue using the pillar and hoping for daily improvements. The pillar comes rolled up but within an hour it was fully puffed up and the size is practically the same size as a normal pillar so I’ve used a normal pillar case to put it in. I haven’t removed the additional later yet but I will just to see the difference it makes, but having the option of additional height is a bonus. I’m happy with the choice I made and look forward to reporting daily progress. So far, great purchase.
