No seal, repackaged, safety concern
Update. Got exchange right away. Exelent costomire survice. Product have different packaging by Amazon. Quality is exelent, like it very much. Will order again. Works great! I received this D-Panthenol serum without a box or tamper seal — just in a plastic bag, unlike the other sealed products from the same brand. I’m very concerned about product safety and contamination. This is not acceptable for skincare. Returning it.

I am buying this product again I put this on my scalp for hair growth and I have seen improvement.

More sticky than a normal serum
D-Panthenol is supposed to be more hydrating than hyaluronic acid, so I was excited to try it. I use my hyaluronic acid in the morning before my moisturizer and makeup and planned to replace it with the D-Panthenol. However, this serum is not light as I had hoped-- rather it's more viscous and sticky. I don't think there's any way it would play nicely under my makeup. So instead I used it at night and will continue doing so. It's too soon to say if it will make a difference in hydration level, but I'm not sure I would stick with it even if it does. I much prefer serums that absorb right into my skin and this one sort of sits on top and has that sticky factor. I applied it about an hour before I went to bed, and yet I’m not sure how much ultimately stayed on my face versus got wiped off onto my pillow. Also, it’s only 0.5 fl. oz. so it isn’t going to last very long. Ingredients: Dexpanthenol (provitamin B5), Purified Water, α-Hydroxy-β,β-dimethyl-γ-butyrolactone
