The installation was easy but the supply lines are NOT included
This review is for Peerless P2565LF-BN Elmhurst Two-Handle Bath Faucet Centerset, Brushed NickelThe installation was easy. The supply lines are NOT included which is a very big disappointment especially when you consider the price point. The nobs operate very smoothly don’t require any effort to open or close and it is easy to set up the temperature. It looks really nice. I like the height not too tall or short. The only issue is that if somehow you drop water on top of the faucet once it dries it is going to show horrible watermarks. It is cleanable and disappears easily when wiped but the look is annoying. Other than that it is a great faucet.

Beautiful, Easy to Install, Smooth Operation
Peerless is a relatively new division/brand of Delta Faucet. Delta is the largest manufacturer of faucets in the US. Peerless is an upscale brand in the Delta product line. The Elmhurst bathroom faucet comes in three colors: brushed nickel, black and chrome. I have the brushed nickel. It goes with the other fixtures in our bathroom and for my wife it is easier to keep clean, looking nice. She would not allow any other color/finish.The operation of the Elmhurst, like other Peerless fixtures I have, is very smooth. It requires very little effort to open or close the faucet.I do not have any special plumbing skills or experience but these are very easy to replace. I’m not going to tell you that it is a “piece of cake” our faucet is in a bath vanity so you have to do the work laying on your back crammed into a bath cabinet. That would be the same for any faucet. A couple of things to keep in mind to make this easier. One is get a cardboard box to lay across the vanity floor and make yourself a work cushion. Second, wrap the joints with Teflon tape before setting them in the sink. The fittings are tight and I had no issues with leaks. Do not over tighten the fittings. Hand tighten and the ¼ to ½ turn with a pipe wrench is all you need.My wife loves how it looks, operates and most importantly how easy it is to keep clean and nice looking. Water spots simply wipe off.

Nice Faucet for Guest Bathroom
I got a variety of faucets in this Elmhurst line for different bathrooms in my house. This one was for the guest half bath pedestal sink. It makes the sink look at little more elegant and the elevated faucet, higher than normal, makes it more comfortable for people of different heights to use for washing their hands, the only purpose for that sink.Peerless is respectable brand for faucets which I want when I am installing permanent fixtures. It is not a highest tier brand, but it is a great option for budget conscious home improvers, made by the same company who makes Delta. This is a nice faucet. I love the design. It is much better than the builder's grade faucet is is replacing. The piece arrived brand new, not used and in excellent condition. I like the two handle designs like these versus a single lever or knobs. They fit my sinks well. They look a little more elegant. And you can turn them on with the front of your hand and then turn them off with the back of your hand to try to reduce cross contamination. I much prefer these to knobs. Knobs always make me wonder why I am bothering to wash my hands if I am just going to touch the same surface again. So these are great and more sanitary while looking like an upgrade to my bathroom

Easy to install - my 13yo did it! Show water spots more than expected.
This is a petite bathroom faucet that looks really nice, and gives my bathroom sink a much-needed update.Installation was simple and straightforward. My 13 year old son was able to do it himself, with minimal verbal instruction (and flashlight-holding) from his dad.Quality is what I'd expect from Peerless - satisfactory; however, I'm a little disappointed that the brushed metal coating shows water spots more than I'd expect from such a finish.

No complaints!
This is the third Peerless brand faucet that I've installed in our house over the past several months. What can I say? Bathroom faucets eventually wear out. Here's what I used to install this unit. Hot and cold water supply lines (if you don't already have them if this is a new install - be sure to measure the lengths you'll need before you head to the store), a large crescent wrench, channel locks, nylon pipe tape, pliers, and box-end wrenches.I had to uninstall the old unit (that had to be original to the house - about 30 yrs old) and that was a CHORE! Once I got the old unit out, including the downspout and drain plug, the installation of the new unit felt like a breeze!I didn't really need the instructions, since I'd done this for other sinks at our place recently, but I followed them anyway...for the purposes of this review. The instructions and illustrations were easy to understand and follow. The instructions were also complete. I like that! The faucet installation was straightforward, and I recommend connecting the water supply lines before you install the new downspout...this gives you a bit of extra working space under the sink. I always appreciate that when I do any kind of plumbing job. Man, plumbers earn their pay!!Anyway, instead of silicon sealant, I use plastic pipe tape. It's easy to use, and no mess involved. The installation went smoothly once I got the old fixtures removed, and the faucet looks like and works great! No issues, no complaints!5 stars
