This TV stand has been everything I dreamed of and more. I know that sounds a bit dramatic, but I spent months searching for the perfect TV stand. My old stand lasted me many years & I knew it was time for an update. Now that I'm single w/ a small car, I would either have to pay someone to deliver it to me or purchase it online. The online option was a bit nerve-wracking but was cost-efficient so I began my search. After no less than 3 months and probably 100 hours, I came across this beauty from Ashley. I went back and forth with a few others but ultimately chose this one.I could not be happier with my decision. It's been a few months and I love it more every time I look at it. The package was very heavy & I had to take it apart piece by piece where the delivery guy left it. Wow, it was packaged well & every piece was in perfect condition. After I got everything inside, I thought for sure I was missing hardware. There was hardly any (see pic). I cracked open the directions & I realized everything was there. I could not believe how simple the directions were. Everything was labeled with very easy to remove stickers. The front and the sides were already together and only needed to be unfolded! I had the next couple of steps done in no time. This was by far, the most simple and easiest piece of furniture I have ever put together.All of the hardware was great also. The handles are metal and were wrapped to prevent damage. The hinges could be a bit nicer, but they function beautifully and are the perfect look for this style. One, thing that shocked me is how stable and sturdy this stand is. There is no wiggle, wobble, or movement of any kind (even with my cats high diving on and off of it). My last stand was like that but was purchased in a store and cost significantly more. I have a 52" tv on mine and it never slides or tilts.Obviously, you can see the style and that is more of an opinion type thing, so I won't go into that much. Except to say it is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures. I was worried about a red tone but there is none. It is a true medium brown. The shelves hold more than you would expect because it is 20" deep. The doors stay closed. I've encountered no issues at all in the past few months. This is one of those rare few purchases where I am happy with absolutely everything and don't regret not going with another option. If you are having trouble deciding, I would definitely recommend going with this Ashely TV stand. It's a gem!

I ordered the 42 inch small stand for our 55inch curved TV.The TV actually fits very well. The TV stand was very easy to assemble. The front and sides are put together and the top, shelves and back are easy to assemble. Be warned that this weighs 150 lbs. I am a small 61 year old woman and it was easiest for me to slide it where I was going to work, unpack it on the floor and separately unpack each piece. The item is heavy built and a beautiful medium oak color. The only reason I gave it four stars was because in the front was a very small half-curved break in the wood, on the edge of the front trim. It didn't appear to be from shipping because the item was packed very well. I reinforced it with a bit of wood glue and pushed it back down. All was fixed. There is a lot of storage! Love it.

I purchased this TV stand to match a Mission corner desk. I had a restricted size/access area and this is all I could find that would even come close to working in my space. It is perfect in my home office setting. The inkjet printer fit behind the double doors, the scanner/color printer resides on top of the cabinet. The media shelves accommodate storage baskets full of various necessities. The unit is well made and solid when assembled. There is a lot of parts, but it goes together easy enough. Everything you need is provided. The end result is business-like while fitting in to my living-room decor. Impressive, yet affordable, addition to my household.

I used to love Ashley furniture. In fact I had several pieces before my home was burnt to the ground in a wildfire. Because I was so pleased with them I decided to purchase new pieces for my temporary apartment. Boy am I disappointed!!!The first cabinet was missing pieces so you weren't able to attach the top to the cabinet. Amazon was not able to send a replacement for the missing part (it should have been installed at the factory - that type of part) so they sent a replacement cabinet. That was was even worse! Where the first one had some separation between the trim piece in front and the top, this one has an 1/8" gap. The nails holding the trim piece on were exposed and I had to hammer everything back together. Thing is, there is still an 1/8" gap which allows the unfinished edge of the trim piece to show. The mitered corners of the top don't even meet!!! And the whole thing was out of square. I can't help but ask whether they have QA at all. In any event, after two tries I'm certainly not inclined to try again and so I guess I'll just keep the piece and see if I can find a good cabinet maker who can sort things out. Too heavy and difficult to package up and send back to Amazon. Pity because theses are not cheap. And yes, I am writing to the company.If I could give this a zero I would. Since I can't I can say I highly recommend that you DO NOT waste your time or money buying this cabinet.
