Two's Company Miracle Melting Unicorn with Glitter Putty Family Game

I have the original melting snowman from many many years ago and my kids have now enjoyed it. So I thought I would get a new one for my girls that like unicorns. First off, it’s a really sad looking unicorn. Secondly, the putty this time around is super difficult to work with - it is way too hard even after leaving in hands for awhile to warm up. Maybe it’s the added glitter or something. So it doesn’t really melt well either. And then lastly, it’s much cheaper or not very well made. My other one has lasted a long time with kids handling it and nothing ever broke. The leg of the unicorn is already broken and we used it once. The hair sticker is already falling off. Literally opened it last night for the first time and can’t keep using it. Huge disappointment. Don’t bother!!

Don’t waste your money in this. The putty is so thick and stiff, my daughter was not able to pull it apart to make the head and body. The first time I tried pressing the body on to the base, a leg broke off! Even if that hadn’t broke, I still would have returned it because my kids wouldn’t have been able to play with it. I’ve gotten other melting putty toys and they were never this bad

A great little gift that will keep the little ones entertained. Does its basic purpose and lasts seemingly forever (the clay like material has not work out within the year I've had it) i bought this one after getting the reindeer and it being a hit with my seven year old. I got this the next year and she was thoroughly happy and still see her break it out occasionally to mess with.

The 4 legs are connected to a top piece, like table if you will. This prevents the unicorn from melting into a puddle. The cat version is much more fun. We get a kick watching the cat melt.

I’ve had the snowman of this brand for years and loved it. This unicorn putty is much more stiff and hard to work with, especially for kids. The size is smaller as well. Lastly, it doesn’t melt in a fun shape like the picture. I would not purchase this again.

Fun and cute spin on “slime” and made a great gift. Costs a little much for what it is though.

I bought these for all the kids in the family for Christmas, ages 4 to 16. It was a fun activity building them and watching them melt. And the older kids helped the little ones.

We ordered this unicorn set after our friends introduced their melting martian to us. We loved the fact that it's not like the cheap slime that oozes everywhere and gets stuck in hair. However, the unicorn slime is much harder than the green martian slime and not as pliable. It does, surprisingly, melt, but is difficult for a 5 year old to shape or mold.
