well, it does all that it`s expected from a massager. It`s a simple, comfortable thing that reduces muscles tension and help to deal with neck pain. I can`t massage my back pain without external help, but my neck is totally fine with it. That`s probably the only thing that bothers me. All the rest is just fine: I useit for 6 months already and it works properly.

Failed third time used.Worked well when it ran but even after fully charged failed to turn back on.There is a lot of electronics inside this thing and I think it can't handle the strong vibration..... Fail

it is not as strong as the description . i just kept it to use it not for massage but for tense calves . thats the only case I'm able to use it to relieve pain a lil bit

Powerful vibrator. I bought it because it sounded like a very powerful unit similar to the Hitachi vibrator which is commonly used by people with spinal cord injuries to ejaculate. UNnortunately it did not work for me, but I doubt that anything will. I am completely numb where it matters. I let my wife try it out though and for her it was that fastest that I have ever seen her go. It took her less than 2 minutes to get from from start to O land. It has different speeds and intensities and patterns it's really special. My wife initially thought that it would be better if it would vibrate a little it slower, but that was before she tried it, her opinion may have changed given her short response time, I do not know because i did not ask.

i have no idea what kind of business you are running but the item I thought i ordered was small and pink. i get the item and its large and black. the item that shows on the order is not the item that comes up when you follow the link. I am very unhappy.
