The product is good, helps in smooth hair removal and skin friendly. But I had battery issue. The customer service is very good and got me replacement with new product. No delay, you just need to contact them and they will all the needful for your issue. I'm happy with the customer service of AGARO.

It is so smooth and stylish that can't be expressed, so so so helpful in removing unwanted hair, i especially use it for chin area, my first experience is so heatining, it is not causing any single pain or irritation, i just fell in love with Agaro and Amazon, it is multiple blades according to requirment, but most importantly all are equally useful, design is so brilliant, quality upto mark

The main disadvantage is that the battery cant be replaced.. have used it for almost 9 months only for trimming eyebrows n now it stopped working even if its being charged. D wires attached to battery were cut off ..but the warranty service is too good that they responded on time .
