Black & Decker™ 4-Slice Toaster Oven fits 9" Pizza, Grey

Replaced 25 yr old Black & Decker. Lighter weight but does the job. Perfect for baking 1 meal.

This seems like a nice small toaster oven. We haven't used it much yet, but can't believe OFF is not labeled. OFF is right before STAY ON. Turn counter clockwise a little too much, and your OFF becomes STAY ON. Had to go get my glasses and re-read the directions to turn the darn thing off the first time I used it. Unbelievable. Black & Decker please print OFF next to the circle on the dial on your next revision.

Reading the advertising, it states as quoted here: "Four Cooking Functions - Choose from convection bake, broil, toast, and keep warm." It implies it is a convection oven. When opened the shipping box and looked at the actual toater overn box the box states: Natural Convection which is high lited in red. BUT nowhere in the Amazon advertising does it state that fact!!! I did NOT even open the box. I am returning it ASAP. I haver bought Black &Decker products for years. I can not believe they would stoop to doing this.

Not a great item. Even on the low setting it burns toast and bagels unless you watch it the whole time. The bottom tray after the first time when our food leaked down onto it has never been able to clean well since. Even when we use our magic eraser which has worked for us in the past, this tray lets everything stick and never come off . The metal strip that covers the heating element is also the same and is impossible to clean. The knob is hard to turn to shut off when your food is burning which makes it even more frustrating. I went on Black & Deckers website to replace both the heating element cover and the tray and the part number won't come up at all so its impossible to replace. Will be reluctantly buying a different model today.

The disks are hard to read. The height of the tray relative to the top heating element makes so that you can’t bake in a dish over 2 inches deep. And when you want to pull the tray out there is neither a stabilizer nor a stopper to keep the rack from falling down. This toaster replaced a 12 (approx) year old black & decker, and is very inferior to the old one in every way.

all the print on the face of the machine washed off!!! We don't know where anything is on it.

Looks Great, Works Well. But If You Like To Toast Large Slices Of Bread; It's Slightly Too Small For 4 Slices At One Time. Heating Elements Cool Off Quickly Once Turned Off To Help Prevent Burning Your Hands When Retrieving Your Toasted Items!
