12 Cups Mini Cheesecake Pan, springform Pan,bundt cake pan，Baking Dishes

I bought this to try making mini cheesecakes, instead of my usual full size ones, for our family's Christmas Eve. The pan is easy to use, the recipe on the box turns out very well. Overall the pan and the cheesecakes were a big hit! I will definitely be buying a second one for next year. Side note about the recipe on the box. It makes between 18-24 mini cheesecakes using that one recipe, depending on how full you fill each cup. Great taste, easy to follow, but there are 2 tips you should know going in.. 1-leave the cheesecakes in the pan about 20 minutes before removing. 2- once completely cool, they should chill about 2 hours before serving. Beyond that, enjoy!

Ordered these mini cheesecake pans to make mini cheesecakes for a restaruant (I bake gluten free desserts for a local restaurant). Since ordering them, not only do they work well for mini cheesecakes but for tartletts. The items are easy to remove (I cut out small rounds of parchment to put in the bottom) but they are easy to clean up. Perfect for those small desserts.

The pan worked just as desired. It was a little difficult removing the cheesecakes without smudging them, and then removing the discs from the bottom, but with a little patient and technique, most came out without damage. The comments about rust concerned me, but so far the pan is completely rust-free. After I washed it, I dried it thoroughly and lightly coated the interior and top with a little oil, then I wiped the excess off for fear of it becoming rancid.

Seriously, I wish I would have thought of this type of pan. Super easy to use, the cheesecakes didn’t stick to the pan and the shape of the cheesecakes is darling. Highly recommend.

Received the item, however, had to return because 6 of the 12 discs were missing.

I loved the perfect size of my mini cheesecake I made for a party. Easy to use and easy to clean.

Just used these last night. Made mini cheesecake. Biggest issue i had is that there were metal burrs/shavings on the edges of the bottom. I *stupidly* went to brush it off and sliced my fingertip really well! Planning to buff the edges with my dremel to soften them. Otherwise amazing pan just sharp!
