Nice looking but less comfortable than others
I have a couple other brands of minimalist shoes -- Lems and Soft Star, and had some VFFs. So that's my base of comparison. While I think my Lems are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned (Primal and Boulder Boots both) I don't love my Soft Star shoes. It's probably safe to say that the Lems are sort of transitional. There is a little more structure to the shoes, and they fit the shape of my feet better as well. The Soft Stars are nice, and I have some sheepskin inserts that make them a bit easier to wear. But I have the same problem with the Soft Stars as with these Xero shoes - they are far less comfortable than going barefoot. Both the Ipari Hanas and the Soft Stars feel like they're concentrating pressure in the base of my heel and my heels get tired and achey in a short amount of time. The sole for each of these shoes is basically a flat board, where the VFFs and the Lems add a little contour to shape to your foot. I can wear the Lems (and the VFFs) for an entire day without any discomfort. Lems have 12mm stack height (padding) with sole and insole and these have 8mm, which can maybe account for the difference. But I think it's the contouring because I liked the VFFs too.As for the rest of the fit, the Ipari Hanas have a slightly wider toe box than my Lems Primals. The heel / ankle here is a little bit loose but the huarache laces do a reasonable job of helping snug them up. They still felt a little sloppy for my tastes. These are definitely casual wear shoes, not for strenuous activity or hiking. They also run about a half size small. I had to order a 9.5 when I would normally take a 9.On the bright side, these Ipari Hanas are really sharp looking. That's why I gave them a whirl. I wanted something that looked a little nicer than sneakers. The build quality seems excellent. But I'm going to send them back and head back to Lems for their boat shoes.

Nice Shoes. Looks are okay, fit is amazing.
The Bad:1. Note that the size table is not true. I had to replace the original size that I bought and get 1 whole size bigger than I usually am, and it is still 0.5 size smaller than I would wanted. So keep that in mind while purchasing2. The laces are of cheap quality (those are not normal shoelaces) which makes them clunky and forces them to open even when the tie is really strong3. the laces have very few holes, which makes this shoes a little funny-looking. One more line of laces would have made a ton of difference in the looks of these shoesThe good:1. The shoes are extremely comfortable, they are very minimal and are super fun to wear (especially on hot days)2. The shipment was amazing. Shoes were very well packed. Changing the size was also very easyOverall, I recommend these only to people who have very functional demands. Aesthetic-wise, these have a ton of potential but should make some minor changes (involving the laces, mainly).

Just trash...
I am really disappointed. These shoes look nice and I found them to be comfortable the two times I have worn them. Having said that, I am really disappointed that they are already falling apart. The stitching in the canvas on the inside side of my left shoe is coming undone.

comfy toe box
I just got these today, and they're freakn awesome! I was looking for a shoe that would really give me plenty of width in the toe box so that my toes would sit the same way they do barefoot, not squeezed together; and these work perfectly for that.I'm also into the whole sockless thing, and as I expected, it's pretty warm in these things; but pretty much what you would expect from any canvas shoe. I'm experimenting with cutting a bunch of slits with a razor blade, into the toe box, and will update with results later. I also replaced the provided insole with one of those odor eaters soles, which are quite comfy on a bare foot.

I love zero shoes
I love zero shoes. Worth the money. I'm actually a woman, but I bought men's because I prefer this color. I was surprised at the sturdiness of the canvas. I have zero sandals which I also love, but stepped on a copperhead while wearing them and that thing nailed me right in the side of my foot so I bought these to wear because I was totally paranoid about my feet hanging out. Anyway, I feel the canvas is heavy enough to offer protection. Maybe a false security, but I'm going with it.

Shoes are foot binding torture devices. These help w that, but still
For a comfortable casual shoe. I would highly recommend these. Now that I have worn their feel true diy sandals, I honestly don’t like shoes at all. Only time I wear them is when I skateboard. My feet now instantly sweat w socks on or anything on my feet. Yes it also deletes the sandals and yes I am going casually barefoot everyone now and no I am not a hippie, just very happy, since this is one of the greatest things that had ever happened to me. It’s not illegal to walk into any store unless posted. Honestly I don’t even care anymore, as I truly understand now completely that all shoes are foot binding torture devices

decent shoe
I would like to see a more durable sole at this price point. The upper, however, is rock-solid. Fit-and-finish were outstanding -- the shoes I received were very well-made. I found Xero's instructions for determining shoe size to be completely wrong -- I ended up having to order my regular shoe size (and, even then, they were a bit shorter than my usual shoes).

Sizing much smaller than expected
Seems like a good shoe, but I really have no way of knowing because I couldn't get my foot into it. My wife, who wears a women's 9 put it on and her toes touched the end, which makes it more like a men's 7. We double checked and the pair was labeled as a men's 9.5W like I ordered. Return was smooth though.
