This listing is highly suspicious and unethical. Blatant false advertising. This model is NOT COMPATIBLE with the Omron app in the United States. I've been trying to connect to the app for 8 months and finally learned that it is actually impossible. The app connection is the reason I purchased this product. There is nothing in the listing that indicates this "HEM" model is a foreign model nor does it state any disclaimer or limitations for the app connection, which is highly suspicious. Now I have to purchase an entirely new unit that will do what I need it to, but I won't be able to get a refund on this one since it took so long to figure out the truth. If you are in the US, DO NOT BUY THIS!(the device readings are fairly accurate but err on the high side by 5-10 points for BP)

The monitor works fine and is accurate in most cases. Please note that this model and any omron model with HEM before the model number WILL NOT PAIR with their ONline Connect APP. I called and they told me that HEM is a foreign model and not compatible with the on line app. Look for models that have a BP before the model number. If you don't care about pairing with your phone then this isnt' a issue. Amazon needs to make it clear that HEM models will NOT connect with their online APP.

Es inexacto con las mediciones, se enlaza con el celular vía bluetooth (aunque hay que configurarlo cada vez que viajo con el) y lo comparto en lo celular con otro baumanometro que tengo en casa.

When I was not able to connect to Bluetooth I contacted Omron support. According to Omron support this model is for the Asian Pacific market, not for use in the U.S. No wonder it’s a reduced price! Returned it.

Screen does not light up. As A night-Nurse that is essential.

I was unable to get readings that align woth those of an arm Cuff made by the same company. Not helpful

My original order got me a defective piece for which the reading went anything between 90/40 and 180/120. I don't know about others but we humans cannot stay alive while giving out such readings.I ordered a replacement and it arrived the next day. (awesome logistics Amazon!) This time the device is working almost as good as the traditional reading system. The readings almost always match what I get while getting it done professionally in a hospital. Even if there is a miss, it is never beyond 1-2 units.The interface is very simple and easy to use. It saves your history, and if you want to, syncs it over to a smartphone using bluetooth. The app is also solid. Maybe, due to privacy or whatever concerns, the developers chose not to have a sync enabled with Google Fit, which would have made it better.

Goods came with no batteries and scratches on the face. Unacceptable!

i like its practicality but i dont know how accurate it is. I am using it daily though. Its small and easy to use

Very simple to use , extremely convenient, much better than arm one , easily portable , has omron connect app which can be synced

I am unable to register this product for warranty in Australia.
