This product came well wrapped and quickly. The ink is great color and works very well in my printer. Great productat the fraction of the cost compared to several other vendors. Highly recommend it!

Good purchase if you don't want to pay the extra money for the branded ink products, basically receive 5 cartridges for the price of one. After numerous tries the cyan cartridge was failing to work in the printer, kept reading as empty and giving an error, therefore not allowing the printer to work. I had to go out an buy a branded cyan cartridge to get back up an running. Overall good value, but take the chance of atleast one of them not working, but for the money if only one fails still gaining value of product, just frustrating.

The black cartridges are not perfect, but they are pretty good. Every couple of days, the ink coverage starts to fade. Then I remove the black cartridge, give it a really good shake, stick it back in, and it prints fine for another couple of days.I don't print in color, the printer just requires the color cartridges there and with ink or it won't print ... these cartridges fulfill that requirement for me.Overall, a fairly nice source of workable discounted ink!

I was trying your "Non-real" cartridges for the first time on a printer that has never failed to work, A HP Officejet Pro L7780 All-in-one. As soon as I put in the first replacement cartridge in the printer it quit and said "damaged cartridge" I put back in the empty HP cartridge and the system worked again. I tried a different cartridge from you and when I put it in and tried to to print the cartage popped out of its slot, Your cartridges are not the same size as the real ones. All and all I would say that trying your cartridges has been one of the most frustrating and expensive office equipment messes I have ever experienced.

Some of the cartridges came without the computer chip installed and therefore was worthless. Fjortunately I was able to pry the old chip out of the used cartridge and insert it into the refill. That worked. However, if they left out the chip, did they leave out the ink? So far so good, but I am worried that the refill won't last as long as the original.

As good as the real thing, which is a first for me. A lot of not-genuine cartridges don't identify as genuine HP, or have issues clotting up the printhead. These cartridges are solid, loaded with HP ink and with HP microcircuitry, and when loaded in the printer, it shows "Genuine HP Cartridge Installed".I do a fair bit of printing on my OfficeJet L7780 (5 years old and going strong), and these carts are a lifesaver when it comes to cost!

Everything is working exactly as OEM would. The printer is not fussing about anything and the print quality is normal. I saved a fortune and will only buy these from now on.

Was very disappointed that the first one I have used (Black) lists itself as nearly empty. They have not reset the chip on the ink so it appears as the old one did. I think if this is how these ink cartridges work you would be S.O.L. if you let the original go totally dry and then installed this one. Yes it appears to be full and appears to be working, but the printer has no idea there is a full cartridge in the machine.I have no idea about the other colors since I do not need them yet. So can comment on if this is a common issue with there replacement ink. If I did not have this issue I would be giving them a 5 star since the shipping was right spot on.
