I purchased this armoire as a gift for my mom’s birthday. When the armoire arrived, it was damaged. The box was visibly punctured, and once removed from the box, the armoire itself was also punctured. Other than the hole in the armoire, my mom loved the jewelry armoire, so I decided to exchange it for the same product. When the replacement armoire arrived, the mirror was not intact (it was in one piece, but it had detached from the actual lid of the jewelry armoire). My mom still loved the armoire, and she did not want to go through the return process again, so she found some furniture glue to attach the mirror herself. This piece has so much potential - it has a beautiful finish (the color is true to the picture) and lovely accent hardware, however, the quality could use some serious improvement.

I bought this at my wife's request and though it is solid enough, it was poorly assembled. One door does not close properly, it appears to be misaligned and as a result the magnets do not line up and the door easily swings open. The other door has the beginnings of cracking in the veneer. Whether this will get worse, only time will tell. Unfortunately we had thrown all the packaging away (on the plus side, it was very well packed) so we are stuck with it, but it would have been far better to buy a cheaper version - then the frustrations would not have been so painful.

My husband bought this for me for my birthday. It came un-assembled and with parts missing. The top lid was not attached and there were no screws to attach it to the base. There were no instructions and no contact information in the package. He contacted the company through Amazon and the missing screws were mailed. We received the screws two weeks later, again with no instructions. Luckily my husband is handy and was able to put it together. Had it been up to me I would have never been able to put it together. As I was placing my jewelry into the top compartment the lid came crashing down and the mirror fell out. The edges of the mirror are now damaged. There is barely any glue behind the mirror so it is no wonder that it came out. While it's a pretty piece, for the cost it should have come assembled and the mirror properly glued in. I wouldn't buy it again.

I received this as a Christmas present, and Iove it. The construction is very sturdy and it looks great. I really like all of the room it has, and the variety of felt inserts to house various types of jewelry. This particular model doesn't have a lock, but everything else is great. I also appreciate that the drawers can't be pulled put out of the unit because there are wood dowels preventing them from pulling to far.

I was worried about this being shipped considering the other reviews I saw but I took a chance cause its perfect. I'm so glad I did! It is durable, good quality wood and hardware. It comes in one piece and you only need to screw on the lid. Nothing was broken or scratched! Great piece so beautiful and we are super happy!!

Love the look but didn't realize it was partial veneer. I'm not one to write reviews but totally disappointed!!! Pictures look beautiful but don't be fooled. Mirror is a quick fix, but not the other issues at the price I paid!

I received this today and am in love with it! The height is perfect and the color is beautiful! Once out of the box, I easily screwed the top piece on by myself (no instructions necessary). The drawers are roomy and some have neat little inserts. I own alot of necklaces and love the area on both sides to hang them. Wonderful piece of furniture that I will enjoy for many years!

This cabinet is exactly as pictured. I read some reviews about an odor. The only odor I had was the varnish, which dissipated overnight. Attaching the mirror was quite simple, and I had my cabinet placed and filled the next day. It is beautiful and functional.
