Standard Easy Load Tray (2 Ramps), A No Lift Rack Alternative for Recumbent Trikes

I am so bitterly disappointed in this product and the service on the part of the tray's manufacturer, Easy Load Systems in Yorba Linda, California. I ended up shipping the tray back to them at considerable expense. They reluctantly will reimburse me for the partial cost of the tray itself, but claim that there was "excessive abuse" done to parts of the tray. There was not. The "abuse" were scratches that one would expect from mounting and then ultimately removing the tray from the hitch and "goo" that was used to mount the hitch. This was done by a local hitch company. I didn't wipe off the "goo" before I shipped to the manufacturer. The hitch people also slit the light plastic tubing that the wires went through, probably tucking the wiring into the tubes rather than threading them. I can't imagine that that tubing cost enough for the company to charge for that so called damage. Yet, they did. All of this has been a nightmare. And expensive nightmare. All in all, this experience cost me a little more than $1100. Don't buy this piece of equipment. The company will not stand behind its product.

I just assembled mine. It's not 7 lbs, but it's not 50 either. A few more pictures in the instructions would be nice, but I want someting that hauls my trike, and that makes loading it easier, and this is what it does... no goo, special tools, unusual skills, or excessive assembly time required.
