I’ve always refused to drink coffee, but recently, I thought it might actually help in my motherhood journey. So, I finally invested in a coffee machine—and I’m so glad I did! I love latte, and this machine makes it so easy to prepare. The different settings are impressive, it’s simple to use and clean, and I love how many coffee variations I can make. Plus, the option to create personalized profiles is a great touch. The taste is amazing, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with this purchase. We originally ordered another machine from a different brand but returned it because it lacked the option for coffee cups and stews. This one, however, is sleek, compact, and not bulky—perfect for our space. Highly recommended! A great investment for any coffee lover. ☕

very good after almost a yesr of using

2 years of use, the price went down to 50% and the machine is almost dead, you need to make the coffee 3 times to get it right otherwise you get washing water, the milk frother is leaking and replaced twice with no improvement. The machine get regular cleaning as per the manual but it's not reliable at all, it made me hate it. That was the worst investment I ever did in home appliance.

Pros: 1- very well designed and elegant. 2- coffee taste is very good. 3- grinder is excellent and could be tuned to determine grind softness. 4- compare to other machines, it saves lot of coffee beans, it grinds not much per shot. 5- ability to make coffee from coffee powder, it’s not limited to only coffee beans. 6- ability to control cup size and amount of coffee 7- easy to clean. 8- water tank is easy to be taken aside and refilled. 9- self cleaning is automatic and working great, giving you fresh and aromatic taste each use. 10- ability to select single or double shot. 11- ability to select 1 or 2 cups of espresso. 12- coffee beans tank has good sealing ———— Cons: 1- it doesn’t alert when it does self cleaning, it does self cleaning twice, one once it’s powered on, and once it’s powered off, you need to get used to this, or it will fill your cup with cleaning water. 2- milk Frothing is not working ok, even the steam looks ok, but the resulted milk froth is not good at all. 3- touch sensitivity of the buttons is not up to the expectations. 4- coffee beans tank is so flat, making the process hard so you would drop coffee beans around during filling, add to that its capacity is small compared to other machines in the same price range.

Emballage d'origine très soigné et robuste, heureusement . Concernant la machine, elle est juste superbe, esthétiquement et fonctionnellement parlant. Pas aussi imposante que je l'imaginais. Installation rapide et très simple, il suffit de suivre les instructions à l'écran, disponibles en plusieurs langues dont le français. Pour tester j'ai commencé avec un café l'or Brésil, parfait. Ensuite, il m'a fallu régler, en fonction de mes goûts,. Le plus pour moi est la carafe amovible pour le lait qui permet d'obtenir une belle mousse de lait chaud pour faire de délicieux cappuccino ou latte macchiato. La machine fait un rinçage à chaque démarrage/arrêt, tps réglable pour arrêt automatique de la machine (15, 30, 60min), prévient lorsque le bac à marc de café est plein, le réservoir d'eau vide, possibilité d'activer/désactivé le son, propose l'option tasse à emporter (pas encore testée), possibilité de régler la température (faible, moyen, très chaud) et la quantité de café, de lait ce qui me permet de me préparer un thermos à emporter le matin. Certains disent qu'elle est brillante, c'est vrai lorsqu'elle broie les grains mais cela ne dure que qlq sdes et si on veut une machine à grains faut bien que ces derniers soient broyés, par ailleurs je trouve qu'elle ne fait pas plus de bruit que ma nespresso qui elle ne broyait rien. , le réservoir à grain est peu profond et on met facilement des grains à côté en le remplissant.
