It’s really sad that a bin can make me this happy! I absolutely love this product.1. It’s got a matte finish. I would constantly need to wipe our old, glossy bin and it still never looked as clean as I knew it was. This new bin definitely does not have this problem.2. We went for the mustard colour and it’s so beautiful. I never thought a bin could brighten up a room. I don’t even want to hide it, I’m happy to show it off in all its colourful glory.3. It’s really silent. Once you get your foot off the pedal, it returns to its original position quietly.4. Our old Brabantia bin was 12 years old before my boyfriend managed to crack it by accident. I’m pretty sure they last a lifetime so it’s worth every penny.Can’t recommend this bin highly enough. I am very happy with my purchase.

Not the quality of a Vipp bin but then it's a 3rd of the price. It's very light, so you end up kicking it across the floor if you don't press the pedal carefully. A full bag slides out easily, making it easy to empty. All in all, pretty happy.

The appearance is gorgeous, that's why I bought it regardless of the high price.However once you press the pedal, the lid tends to open too much and hit the wall on the back.

The bin is lovely and beautiful colour, I would agree it is more of a teal blue/green. Can't believe I am that happy about a bin...Only one niggle it says it is a 12lt bin when you order but on the inside of the bin lid it say 10-12lt and it looks slightly smaller inside than my other 12lt bin, not quite sure why ??

Great bin. A lot better than expected. Maybe a little pricey but worth it. A nice slow-close lid so you don't get that banging sound when it closes. Nice feel to it and the colour (Mineral Golden Beach) is a match to the picture which goes well with a similar coloured kitchen.The only downfall is the difficulty of getting the bin bag to be concealed. I make use of an electric band.I would recommend.
