Yummy balsamic
I brought a bottle of this balsamic home from Italy and my husband loved it. So glad I could find it stateside for him. This particular bottle has a higher percentage of grape mash giving it an amazing flavor.

Quality, quality, quality
I did not know what a fine balsamic vinegar tasted like compared with my grocery store brand, so I rarely used it. Now I know better. Hmm good!

A good Balsamic, but definitely not aged as much as a premium. Not very viscous.
This is a fine balsamic vinegar. It clearly is not aged very long, as it is very easily pourable. The photos are a bit misleading, making the balsamic seem like a fine aged balsamic, but I had some 20 year balsamic from Modena around and compared them -- no contest. The difference between a very fine wine and a daily drinker. This is great for making vinaigrettes or in cooking generally, but this not the star for your caprese. Bust it out any night of the week.

Yummy
This is the first time I've tried this premium organic Modena balsamic vinegar from Italy and it's delicious and great for cold dishes.

Tasty enough balsamic
This balsamic vinegar is flavorful, but one of the primary flavors is sweetness — and you'll see from the nutrition label that it's chock-full of sugar. Packed in an attractive bottle with a wrinkled, poorly glued label, it has both a traditional stopper and an alternate, handy, but non-sealing pourer top. Unlike the complexity of a truly long-aged balsamic, this one's flavor is powered by concentrated grape must, which is incredibly sugary, and only secondarily the tartness of vinegar. The tartness is also quite strong, and the overall flavor is tart, sweet, but not very complex or rich. It's not a special balsamic, but it's tasty enough.

Sweet flavor, no added sugar or coloring, organic
This balsamic has a sweeter flavor than I’m used to and is flavorful for dressings and cooking. There is no added sugar, so the sweetness must come from the 55% grape must used in the vinegar. There’s no added coloring and the vinegar is organic. The bottle is an eye-catcher, that’s for sure! A tad expensive, it’s a nice balsamic.
