Customer service was responsive and nice. They responded fairly quickly to my concerns. They sent me the missing pieces. I think it helps me with creating a shape for the salon to follow, but you still need to go in with an eye brow pencil because it looks fake and flat otherwise. You can tell it’s a stamp in areas my eyebrows are lacking the hairs needed to fill in the shape. It helped me explain to the salon that the was removing too much hair from one eye brow, but that’s all I really use it for now. It stays on during my work day, but not for exercise. It came off by the end of the day but I’m out of the house by 5am and now home again until 4:00-4:30pm. And it was quick and easy to use and I liked the provided stencils a lot and I use one particular one before I get my eye brows threaded so she knows what hairs need to grow back and what to remove. I don’t use it for my every day make up. That’s mostly what I use it for honestly because it looked fake on me and my eye brows are more even now. I’d recommend a little bit of a lighter shade then go in with a darker eye brow pencil to make little hairs so it’s realistic if your using it as part of your make up routine. Think of it as a guide! I wasn’t expecting I needed to do that but I feel silly admitting that. It made my lighter hairs darker- which is good for those of us with multicolor hair. It was darker than I expected but I have dark eye brows and light hair on my head, so it’s hard to figure out my shade. Overall I probably won’t buy this product again unless they mess up the shape of my eye brows again at the salon and I’d maybe a lighter shade, but I’d buy from the company. I feel like it’s important to buy from companies that make things right and steer clear of those that don’t even try. Mistakes happen but I should get exactly what I paid for and nothing less. The company made things right sending the missing pieces to me.

Let me just start by saying I usually get my brows done. Every six months I get a combo brow (microblading and shade). I wanted to hold off for a while so I bought this product. I was super excited to try it!! So after a long day of work I just exfoliated and put night cream on but had to try it so I am bare face with no other make up. The stencil was super easy to use. I just lined up with the outline of my brow. I gently blotted and then peeled back the stencil. My right brow was easier then my left. It wiped off easily before it dried and I was able to realign and do over. After it dried I did run my finger over it and it was smudge proof. I will test the longevity of the wear tomorrow. Application will definitely be something that will get better with time but excited to use and will definitely buy time until I want to get my brows done again.

I tried a few other browse stamp brands and products in the last few weeks. This product specifically has been the best by far. I usually have previously felt in my eyebrow with a brush and brow colored eye make up. After seeing the ease of application on videos, I wanted to give it a try. After ordering a few products and different brands this one stood out by far as the best. The options for colors are great. The eyebrows stencils available work well for me which was surprising since I have a fairly long brow, line and many other stencils available, didn’t fit even close to my brow, style and shade. The application takes less than a minute for both eyebrows, and I wear it throughout the entire day with little to no smudging or fade by the end of the day they still look great. The stamp with the color is interesting because the color is on one end which seems to be the So to get additional color to the sponge. You simply close the lid and turn it a few times to get additional color if needed during application. There are a ton of options out there with this new wave of make up application. The MADLUVV product and system blows the rest away. Little bit extra on this product over others that may cost five to $10 less. I am all for a great deal and this is a bit more spend, he then others available out there but I can tell you from experience this product is worth the extra money and has seem to last longer than any others. I’ve used and has a consistent application every day. So no more bad eyebrow days!!

My stamp seems to be used. There’s hardly any product that comes off when using it. i was really excited to give this a try. Should have purchased a less expensive brand. May have gotten better results. I will be returning. Costly little kit yielding little results

I like the idea and it definitely was great for shaping. I bought blonde and it’s still pretty dark for my liking. To bad because if lighter shade I think would have really really liked it!

This is a fantastic product. Here are a couple points I’d like to make regarding some of the negative reviews.1) “there’s no shape that works for me” Ok, hear me out, but it’s possible you’ve overplucked your brows into a shape that doesn’t even look good anyway. These stencils come in a variety of thicknesses and they all have proper arches. If your brows resemble an arc like a rainbow or god forbid a single sperm, you need help. Trust the stencils, they have your best interests at heart. They’re telling you what your friends feel too bad saying to your face. It’s hard to get used to new brows, but give it a few days. You’re possibly just used to what you had which might not be that great.2) “there was no product in the sponge”. The product is in the cap! You don’t keep pressing the sponge like you would to get certain markers to flow with ink. You put the cap on and twist a few times back and forth and there you go!Overall, great product. I’m kind of a nut about the symmetry of my brows. The whole “they’re sisters not twins” does not cut it for me! This gives me perfectly symmetrical brows every time.

Not quite sure how I feel about this product. Amazed it works. Peeved a stamper can do better eyebrows than im able to do myself. Was rather skeptical but got drunk and ordered. The alcohol took away the risk factor. Best drunk buy. Managed to apply eyebrows sober AND drunk. Easy peasy 😂

At first I thought it wasn't working, but then realised you need to pump the stamp into the lid for the powder to go onto the stamp! The stencils are a bit long, but they look absolutely amazing when they're done! So quick, so easy - WORTH EVERY PENNY! Buy it - you won't be disappointed!

Whoever came up with this idea is a total genius. This is thr quickest and easiest way to get the perfect brows whether its for an every day look or for a night out.Definitely recommend!!I was worried that I wouldn't find a stencil to suit my eyebrow shape but there are several and you are bound to get one that will suit you.I was undecided about the colour but ended up choosing the brunette shade and its just dark enough without being too dark.
