A Thematic Commentary on the Quran Paperback – Import, 21 August 2012

It is a great book. The book gives the lay person insight into the Qur’an. I am using it in my class and the class is loving it!

This is an excellent commentary on the Qur'an, primarily because the majority of the commentary is quoted from the Quran itself.And the best commentary for any book is its own self.The scholar was a very knowledgeable man, May Allah rest his soul, and grant him mercy.This is a good companion for the Quran.

The book covers the whole Qur'an with the themes within the surah. Highly recommend

The author explains each chapter (surah) as a whole and just take few sentences (ayat) from each surah one learn not only the purpose of the surah, it's historical context, and the wisdom that God tries to convey us.

A must read for those who have difficulty in following the non-linear style of the Quran.
